Poor customer service. They don't accept credit payments.. only cash. But they don't tell you this until you go through the whole contract experience. T-mobile accepts credit, along with every other business.

This one star is for the guy with glasses and beard who works here, I didn’t even bother to ask his name as he was very unprofessional and rude, all I asked him was “my new Verizon line which i bought 4 days ago is not able to receive any texts and calls and I’m missing out on important stuff” and he literally said he cannot help me with that and I have to figure it out myself my question is what is he there for? Didn’t Verizon hire him to help the customers? When I questioned him if he cannot help me with it then who will? He started arguing with me again saying he cannot help with that and told me to come back later. When I went back later he literally ignored me and went on with other customers which was fine as I didn’t want to deal with him anyways. Dude, if you don’t like your job then find something else to do? But, a very big thanks to Andrea who stepped in to help me with my phone. She is very professional and patience and knowledgeable, she took her time to help me and made sure I went home with a working phone. Andrea has a very positive attitude and I could tell she genuinely takes her job seriously and helps customers as much as she can. I was helpless as my phone wasn’t working for 4 days, I truly appreciate Andrea alot, Verizon need to hire more employees like Andrea . Thank You Andrea.

Horrible customer service!!! Dimone sold a phone and accessories to my father. They charge $50 set up fee. The case received was the wrong size. Took a month and multiple phone calls to get a new case ordered. Nothing got done until I called for updates. Never got a call back. Avoid this business at all costs!!!

Don't review often unless very bad or very good. This location, Verizon in general is VERY BAD. Manager in particular, Andrea S. is quick to sell you whatever you like but won't even come to front to help with issue. She opened an account for me using my husbands social and sold me an iPad that does not work. Also opened a line for the iPad without my acknowledgment. Went to exchange the iPad and NO customer service. Have been on hold with Verizon's customer service for two days now. Very frustrating. Save yourself and GO TO ANY OTHER STORE and wireless provider.

Came to change my existing plan and spent roughly an hour waiting and half an hour with the lady here going over the plan options. I picked one and repeatedly indicated which plan I needed for certain features. I later get a call from my family members saying they were having issues with there phones, come to realize she didn’t put me on the correct plan.

1. Horrible customer service 2. Horrible cellular service 3. Scam DO NOT SWITCH OVER TO VERIZON!!! SCAM!!! I am leaving this review anywhere I possibly could. This company claims to be better in every way to T-Mobile and all it's smaller branches but it is not. I made the decision to switch over about a week ago and it was the worst decision of my life. In that past week, I have had to call/text/show up in person to speak to people to fix my service EVERY SINGLE DAY. I will lose data randomly, have no bars, when people try to call me it will say phone not in service, I cannot send texts through SMS nor through iMessage. When you try to speak to some tech "expert" through the phone they cannot understand what you are saying and will get confused, mainly due to the language barrier. Not only do their "experts" not know how to handle phones properly or how to fix their own service issues, instead of fixing the problem at hand they will try and upsell you. They will tell you to just "Get More Unlimited $10 little difference!" and try to tell how your service will be better so long as you pay more. It's a scam. They have options for their starter service plan but this service plan means you get no service and if you want better, pay more! Then, they will push the service issues by stating "you're by a busy freeway, unfortunately service can be spotty there." I am in a city smaller than LA and they can't provide good enough service? makes no sense. All-in-all, this company is falling through the cracks to try and keep up with T-mobile but has the worst customer service and cellular service. DO NOT SWITCH OVER!!!
