First things first: the staff are great. They're always as helpful as their corporate allows them to be. But when they started firing great employees and replacing them with rows of self-check out lanes, things started going downhill. Now there's nothing but a long line, and a wait to do all of the check out work for yourself. I don't shop here any more, and it's corporate's fault for trading local jobs for corporate margins. 2 stars for the staff that still has jobs. ~Rick
