Hard to track down help if you need it and half the time they cant help you anyways but its pretty much a self service store anyways. Thats why 4 stars, usually stocked, decent variety, great hours. Plus free shipping on most items and military discount even for spouse. Totally worth it.

Lately, I've been doing the curbside pickup. The last few times I got this gentleman named Ekenna. He has such wonderful customer service and always been in a great mood. He's super friendly and helpful. Its rare to find someone with that great service! I wanted to acknowledge him on store pick up survey but didn't see option to acknowledge him. So I did this review cause he deserves to be recognized!

I've always been fairly impressed by Home Depot, until we had that hideous heart wave and my window a/c unit died. Had to go to 5 different stores to find one. ALL of the Home Depot's were sold out. Know why? Air conditioners are seasonal. They also take a week or more to order.

We went looking for a refrigerator, Martha a employee had spent alot of time with us. Very helpful and so friendly. Still wanted to check out Lowe's and found the one we wanted but really didnt get any help. So we went back to Martha to see if see could order it for us and she did. She was awesome.

I told the younglady that helped me, that she should be a trainer for other clerks and store help, she made the difference on my purchase. Most seemed like they were too busy! Now this is Home Depot so they are going to have what you need....

Always nice to go to a store that has what you want in stock. Checking online for many stores is useless before going because when you get there they don't have it. But not Home Depot. There online inventory lists for instore products always spot on.

A lot of college students work there that don't have a clue about customer service. There's a wait to look for the proper assistance. I recommend management to put employees to help customers find what they need in a timely manner instead of closing the isles to restock 2-4 employees at a time. That can be done at night shift or when it's slow.

Was looking for 2 gallon empty buckets. Asked Alessandra in paint and was told to go to the end cap for aisle 6. I went to the end cap, no buckets, only lids and no home sticker for where the buckets go. I went back to Alessandra to let her no and was promptly told if they're not there they don't have them. I walked a few aisles looking and looked up the item online. The website states they have over 150 in stock. Another employee in paint actually checked in the overhead and found out they had been recently received but not stocked yet. Then it's a ridiculous line to check yourself out with constant attitude if an item doesn't scan correctly and a cashier has to stop visiting with other employees to help. Then it's leaving the store and dealing with all the junk haulers, scrappers, and laborers in the parking lot pestering for work. Just another typical trip to home depot.

Went in the evening, place was quiet as a cemetery. Got what I needed and was asked by everyone in orange if I needed assistance. Once again Team Orange delivers a win!

First things first: the staff are great. They're always as helpful as their corporate allows them to be. But when they started firing great employees and replacing them with rows of self-check out lanes, things started going downhill. Now there's nothing but a long line, and a wait to do all of the check out work for yourself. I don't shop here any more, and it's corporate's fault for trading local jobs for corporate margins. 2 stars for the staff that still has jobs.
