The reason I bought from this store was because of our Salesman, David. He was so personable and helpful and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. We were looking for something specific and he took our number and contacted us days later when he found it. We especially liked him because there was NO high pressured sales. I am very pleased with the transaction, although I have not rec'd my mattress yet but so far I will be recommending this company to friends and family when I get the chance. My husband and I walked into the Riverside location, and was assisted by Clarence Williams. He did an excellent job showing us our options for mattresses, and was willing to price match. Excellent customer service!

My fiancé and I walked in and scoped out the prices of queen mattresses quickly and decided everything was too expensive and were on our way to walk out. Sarah asked if we had taken a look at the value zone mattresses in the back. We had not at that point and walked on over there and ended up finding our mattress for 60% off! Our mattress would have been $1200, but we got it for $479! The mattress protectors were also on sale and we got ours for $80 instead of $100! Sarah was very informative and knew exactly what she was talking about and we are so glad we walked in the day that we did while she was working, her help was phenomenal!

Update: 6/10/22 We love the mattress and pillow! Very comfortable for us. The unfortunate part is that we bought the base but realized afterwards that it wouldn’t work for us. We never took it out of the box. We tried returning it but their upper management said no because “all sales are final.” My husband and I own a business. Our sales are never final because we stand by our product and keep an open door with our customers. “You signed off on the receipt that says final sale.” I completely understand that with the mattress but, an UNOPENED base frame in the original box?! This item can be resold because it is still brand new. Again, we really like the mattress and pillows. BUT be aware that satisfaction is NOT guaranteed at Mattress Firm. They will be very nice when they are making a sale but, not so helpful once the sale is completed. There is lack of integrity at MF. Original post 5/31/22: For now, this review is for the staff because we haven’t actually slept on the bed we purchased. The staff was very friendly. Miriam helped us with our experience. She promptly greeted us, asked what type of comfort we were looking for and allowed us ample time to try the beds and pillows. Miriam gave us all the information we needed to decide on the right bed for us. The whole process was super easy! I will review the bed in a couple of weeks once we’ve had a chance to sleep on it for a bit. We purchased the Sleepy Hybrid 5Z queen medium firm mattress with the adjustable frame. We also bought two iSeries memory foam pillows.

The sales process went well and the woman that helped me was friendly. Thats about all that was positive about the experience. I took off work, got rid of my old mattress and waited for my bed to arrive. Well the base arrived but no mattress. Think the red flag would of been "oh wait, shouldn't there be a mattress with the base?" I called the store was hung up on, called again and was put on hold for about 20 mins. Called a third time and still not help. I even tried calling customer support. I guess they don't have a live customer support just a chat bot. This is really dissapointing because now I don't have anything to sleep on. Everything pretty much sucked after point of sale. Even the warehouse reps had attitudes. Finally, I got the matress after 5 hours of miscommunication and mess ups

I came in to look for a mattress I saw online. I didn’t like it after sitting on it. Sarah was wonderful and helped me find one on sale that I liked. I wouldn’t have bought a mattress that day if it wasn’t for Sarah. I purchased it in February & so far it’s still great. Sarah was helpful, kind, understanding and not pushy.

Great shopping experience. Salesperson Clarence listened to us regarding our budget and needs. He asked questions to learn, not push. I used to sell used cars years ago so I'm very picky and judgemental when working with salespeople. Clarence proved himself as sometime who wants to help. The store didn't have what we wanted in stock; however, Clarence was able to find what we wanted in stock at the warehouse. I highly recommend this location when purchasing a new mattress.

Miriam was my sales person, and I'm so glad she was. She is professional, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. I ordered a tempurpedic, pricey but with great financing options. Glad I chose Mattress Firm.
