Henry, our salesman, at the Riverside location was a great help in choosing our perfect couch. He was the perfect amount of helpful/informative yet not pushy. Our couch was ready for pickup 2 days after purchasing, which we were very glad for. Lots of great couches in store and great customer service!

Lalo, the sales associate that helped us that day was very insightful and pleasant to work with. We did not feel pressured into any decisions and were helpfully guided towards the couch we wanted. Lalo was quick to update us on any information we needed to make the decision on the couch and delivery date. Overall a very pleasant and rewarding trip to Bob's and we will absolutely return.

Excellent customer service and excellent prices. I bought several pieces of furniture including a mattress and was pleased with all of it. When I first got the mattress, it ended up being the wrong one and they replaced it free if charge and without question. The furniture is good quality and overall I am very pleased with the products I brought home and the shopping experience.

Dominga greeted us at the door. She showed us the furniture we were interested in seeing. She was friendly and suggested the perfect love seat for me. I bought the love seat and it will be delivered soon Prior to this purchase I bought a recliner from Darrin. He was equally pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Bob’s to anyone looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices 5 stars. Especially for customer service

The service was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy, and the representative I worked with was knowledgeable and attentive. Jorge shared his expertise and left the rest to me. I'd noticed a sectional about 2 weeks prior and I went back to take another look. I had concerns about how to style it in my living space. Jorge sketched out my space and shared his thoughts on how to best utilize the space. I felt that I was getting a personal interior design session. I decided to buy the sectional. I haven't received it yet, but it was comfortable, just the right color, and the price was reasonable. I'm looking forward to the delivery date. Thanks to Jorge for his assistance.

Very disappointed with the products I've purchased from Bob's. I have returned for purchases in hopes that I would have a better experience the next time but honestly, now it's not only the product that I am upset about, the service over the phone is pointless. I received broken sofa's and was offered to keep them @ a discounted price or order new set...I chose the new set. After sitting on broken sofa's for 2 months, they finally arrive and guess what? They were "damaged"! This time, the sectional was in worse condition than the current ones in my home. I can honestly say they looked used, they were dirty, the fabric was falling apart and when the delivery man wiggled it around, "he confirmed", they were damaged! So of course, this time I declined the delivery and all they can offer was another replacement that will arrive in 3 days. I'm so irritated! I do not want any product from Bob's, however, they will not refund me any money UNLESS I keep the broken sofa's! DO NOT shop at Bob's Furniture if you want good quality furniture.

I had a great experience purchasing from this location. I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame and it was seamless. The purchasing process in store was easy. I believe I worked with a sale associate named Jorge. He was very nice and made the purchasing process seamless. The wait time to get the mattress and frame was about 1 month, which in this Covid-19 wait time era was not long at all. The delivery was easy, especially with white glove set up. The mattress itself is perfectly firm and the adjustable base is awesome, and both as both are just as nice as their more expensive competitors. I highly recommend this location and Bob's products.

Walked in was ready to buy 2 minutes after walking in, I’m all for allowing the customer to feel comfortable and browse around, but my wife and I can specifically looking for a table and chairs…no one asked us anything even after we sat down at the table and chairs we settled upon, finally maybe 5-8 minutes later we were approached and we said we want this set in this color! The sales guy proceeded to push for us to have it delivered and set up and protected; we needed none of that but didn’t stop him from trying repeatedly, then the final sales manager; seriously more pressure sales tactics again delivery and protection offers…no no no thank you, she asks me the type of vehicle I have to pick up the table and chairs, really? What business is that of yours goodness, yeah trying way to hard for an extra slice of the pie really missed the mark on this transaction in so many ways! & now we wait 4-6 weeks for our table and chairs.

What a dissatisfying experience. My husband and I inspected this piece of furniture prior to purchase from the clearance section. It had some scratches on it. And seemed functional when we lifted the table top. However when we came back to pick up the piece we did not inspect ita second time we just loaded it up. Come home and lifted up the table top to show how it works the top bracket piece is broken and falling off. Seriously very disappointing never going back.
