Best self storage facility in Riverside, California (CA) 2024

Was broken into my unit and I was robbed. My unit was under their position and only people that had access was them. I would never recommend them. Gates don’t work, people sleeping in units. Management is a joke. not one call from them to try and resolve this. Only gave one star because I had to. ~Dario

Overall, a great experience. The price went up a little annually the first few years. However, this year the amount doubled, which didn't make sense considering I'd been a loyal customer for years. Other than that, the service was always great! ~John

Great people to work with. Free Ice when you need it (I fill my ice chest each time I pick up my RV.) Would give 5 stars but the operation of the gate is a hassle. One big gate is heavy and must be chained and combination locked. Would love to see this improved to an automated gate. Situation today is some people don't lock the gate when entering or leaving, at least I have found it that way ~dennis

Amazing customer service and a great secure location. My family has had a unit here going on three years and we have been highly satisfied renting here. We are customers who will drive further just for great customer service and that's what we got with storing at Airport Mini Storage. ~Heather
