Always my last stop because they are always the highest price with the least welcoming staff. They use to do a good job at price matching, but now it seems like they have new guidelines. They do occasionally have parts that others can't get.

I went to the Tiffin Ave store in Findlay to get a battery for my 2012 Ford Focus. The battery change for this model of car is far from quick and easy. The employees could have told me to take it somewhere else to get it installed but instead took the time (well over 45 minutes) to figure it out and get it installed. They went above and beyond what is expected of them and I am thankful for that. I remember one of their names was Robert and the other I can not remember. I will continue to do business with this store.

Very clean store. Thought I had the right turn signal bulb, for my Jeep. Was wrong. Very nice gentlemen helped me find the right one (wasn't to far off). Friendly and helpful in every way.

Small selection and if you don't look or act like a loud hick the employees won't help you without YOU asking first. I got what I needed but I had to deal with a lot of spray paint fumes because an employee was painting her licence plate frame ON THE COUNTER IN THE STORE. Probably won't go back to the store ever again but it wasn't the WORST time ever, just don't appreciate being treated poorly because I'm not covered in dirt and oil.
