Parts didn't show up as stated. Wrong parts. Another customer opened the box he was given and the wheel bearing housing had already been installed... Both things aren't the local stores fault but it leaves a bad impression. ~Paul

This is by far THE BEST place to take your vehicle. He's honest and does his very best to get you back on the road on your way. If there is a problem then he'll be honest and let you know. He's not out to "take you". ~Barb

Always my last stop because they are always the highest price with the least welcoming staff. They use to do a good job at price matching, but now it seems like they have new guidelines. They do occasionally have parts that others can't get. ~Brad
