Best occupational health service in Everett, Washington (WA) 2024

First I called around to other Concentra offices in the area to confirm I could get in for lab work required for my work. No answer at several clinics the day before. I walked in at Northgate, there was a front of desk person that kindly explained they did not have staff and she would call me of there wouldn't be the following day. I took a chance and drove to Paine Field the following day, was told it could be up to a 3-3.5 hour wait. They were short handed. I decided to wait. The staff took it all in stride, were super friendly, had a great attitude, and a terrific sense of humor. I got in earlier than expected. The staff in this clinic is lead by an awesome manager who communicates well with her staff and patients. I'm impressed! ~Mike
