Staying nearby and up early in the morning looking for breakfast. Tried 3 days in a row to get breakfast from here, and just can't sit there for 20 minutes waiting on food. As if I didn't learn, I was determined to get breakfast thinking it was a one off thing, but this morning, at 6:15am the lady told me over the drive thru intercom "ten minutes more". Weak

I go to this Jack in the Box like 2-3 times a week. They are lovely. Sometimes they get overwhelmed, but I think that any fast food place kinda has that problem.

So I am going to The Sea Otter Classic this morning, running late & got drive through at Jack. I am immediately welcomed by a happy positive voice who instantly brightend up my busy morning. I got to the window and see a great big set of beautiful joyous eyes....( I would say smile, but she had on a mask) She was ready for me and asked " Hi, how's your morning going sir?" then repeated my order to me, I confirmed it was correct. She handed me the change & my bag. " Any ketchup or condiments for you?" No. "Thank you, take care." I ate the bestest tasting sausage cressant sandwitch ever!!!!!!!" ***** 5 stars I think her name was, Chloe, or Zoe I can't remember now. But, it sounded cute like Jody. Anyway GREAT EXPERIANCE & AWESOME SERVICE & EXCELLENT FOOD!!!!! THANK YOU, Kevin Akerman

#1 Best Jack in the box on the peninsula. Friendly staff and the food is fresh. Never smashed or cold. Burgers always neatly packaged. Messed up on drink but fixed quickly in drive thru. We will go out of the way to come to this Jack's on hwy 68!

Went through the drive-thru, upon getting to the window, you could see how dirty it was. There was fries all over the counter, garbage on the floor, and the cashier was taking payments with the same gloves she was using to bag the food, which the whole palm of her hand was touching the fries as she bagged them. Then she forgot to include fries that were supposed to be in the order. Burger was really, really dry, to the point I almost choked on it. Tacos were put in the bag upside down so the filling was falling out. Overall, worst Jack In The Box experience ever. It was a waste of $40.

Place is always clean, staff is friendly and efficient. Although most of their business is drive-thru, they are fast and accommodating to their walk-in counter customers.

I can't even call what was served a taco. It took 10 minutes to get our food, not counting the time we waited for them to take our order. It was honestly just a whole mess.

and went here one morning to grab some breakfast and I was really shocked to see that there were not a huge crowd of people waiting for their food. Next time I'm in that particular area I will be stopping and grabbing something to eat at this location once again. It is pretty rare to see a fast food joint that isn't always bombarded with people. The food here is still great, there's just not enough information out there that this particular Jack in the Box does in fact and desist. You may have a little bit of a problem finding out where to turn in if you were going off of Highway 68 but you will be making a left and that is the only way that you can go so the whole shopping center that this Jack in the Box is in, is pretty straightforward. Enjoy!
