I have to say Prices are amazing, but the way I have been treated everytime I have gone to my storage unit has been very bad it’s been 2 months , and she has went as far as to tell me “if you don’t hurry up you’ll be sleeping here” my family went to help me take out my things and she told them they couldn’t come in at 4:10pm because she had a dinner date at 5 and was not staying 1 more minute. Customer service is huge and the amount of disrespect for the few times I have been there states so much to me. Will be taking out every item out of my unit tomorrow and will never ever let my friends or family experience what I did.
