Recently remodeled,they do not sell Keurig coffee pods of their own brand of coffee,kind of disappointing. Otherwise a good coffee shop.

I'm very sorry for the low rate. But they didn't have available the flavor of ice cream I wanted. Banana split. Then I asked for a Sunday and they served just ice cream. Didn't asked me if I wanted a cone or cup. I wanted a cone but received a cup. Person in charge was loud too. :(

This establishment has a g a y boy working there that keeps staring at me and I think he's doing weird things to my drinks on multiple occasions. I already am uneasy when I have to deal with him taking my order and today I walk up to the counter and he has two fingers in his mouth while asking me what I want! I walked out!!!!

These employees don’t want business and definitely know nothing about customer service. They have a habit of closing 5-10 minutes early and when you knock on the door they wave you off and tell you to leave. Actually, what do I expect from somebody in their 20s and 30s who works at Dunkin’ Donuts?

In the afternoon the lady that assists me is super sweet. No only that when I try to order a $1.89 drink and asked for almond milk they tried to charge me a dollar extra. I come here every afternoon and my total has been the same yet the morning staff try to argue with me. It doesn’t make sense that adding a splash of almond milk costs more than half the drink itself. They need to Make sure that all the staff are on the same page.

I ordered a ice latte with Uber eat with this Dunkin Donuts adress and they sent me a black coffee with a little bit of milk. Super strong coffee. This is not a ice latte.

No outside seating, we had to sit next to smelly sleeping homeless man inside a few times already. Homeless come to sleep inside the store, and after closing they sleep outside. This shows that the owner doesn't care about what's going on with the store, meaning other issues are definitely overlooked and ignored as far as cleanliness and safety. Employees are nice.. sometimes.. Features: Homeless sleeping inside and outside. Dirty bags and stolen shopping carts are at the store
