This place is beautiful, every piece from Tiffany & Co. are truly amazing. From the doorman to the sale attendant are very nice. You are treated like royalty, they love to make you happy with any piece you buy. Ask for Nami she’s wonderful. Will be back again.

I bought a pair of rings that were sold as the most resistant metal (platinum), but to my surprise and my partner's, on the second day of use the rings were full of scratches. The service was good but maybe this material is not so good. Frustrated with the first and last purchase.

Excellent customer service! Although Chris knew we couldn't buy anything big due to customs regulations, he asked Glen to show us the selection of wedding rings (we are from Germany, unfortunately there is only a limited selection here). Glen gave us wonderful advice, showed us different rings, measured sizes and wrote down the details of our favorites. Thank you Chris, and especially Glen, for your excellent and caring customer service.

Visited Tiffany last night to look at wedding rings and Glen gave us the best service. He greeted us right as we walked in the store and directly showed us the pieces we wanted to see. What we particularly loved about the service we received is that he was very patient and gave us space/room to decide. There is nothing more annoying than someone looming over and Glen was the opposite of that - he surely gave us the time we needed to chose our rings. The champagne and chocolates were a nice touch, too! Happy to say we walked out with what we wanted and can’t thank him enough. We will definitely be back.

A very special experience. My husband surprised me with a necklace that I had been eyeing for a very long time. On our recent trip to Miami, he worked closely with the staff to make sure the necklace was on site and front and center not knowing that he had already purchased it. Rafael and Chris were there to greet us and play off the surprise. Thinking the necklace wasn’t there and then seeing it, trying it on and then, of course not willing to live without it, they said “Sorry, this necklace is not for sale, it already belongs to someone “. Not knowing that “someone” was ME. I had tears in my eyes, shocked, and overwhelmed by the extra work the staff put into this for me. The only regret is not meeting the Operations Manager, Felipe, that was on break when we came in and wasn’t there to share it with us. He, too, deserves 5 stars for excellence for the days prior in helping this all come to fruition. Thank-you to all for this special piece that I will cherish forever because of the service and “in person” experience at the Miami Design District Tiffany store. I haven’t taken it off, and probably never will. Sharing this story every time I receive a compliment is a testimony to the staffs hard work and heart they put into their work. I’d give a million stars if I could! Thank you!

Adam Shivers was great very helpful and attentive I felt like I was purchasing the whole store service should be like this everywhere you go. I recommend you visit if your buying a gift for yourself or a loved one the service alone is worth the money your spending. Hidden gem just at the design district in Miami. No long drive if you’re in downtown Miami or Brickell area. This Tiffany & Co. location is great because is never busy. Easy parking around the area and attention is the best. Glen gave me the best suggestions within my budget. Offered me some sparking water while being helped.
