Visited Tiffany last night to look at wedding rings and Glen gave us the best service. He greeted us right as we walked in the store and directly showed us the pieces we wanted to see. What we particularly loved about the service we received is that he was very patient and gave us space/room to decide. There is nothing more annoying than someone looming over and Glen was the opposite of that - he surely gave us the time we needed to chose our rings. The champagne and chocolates were a nice touch, too! Happy to say we walked out with what we wanted and can’t thank him enough. We will definitely be back. ~L

I went to a friend gathering where my good friend Felipe, who I hadn't seen in about 5 weeks, seemed somewhat different to us. The guy, who was usually the oldest looking friend, suddenly was looking 10y younger!. We approached and asked him what in the world did he did to himself, of course, so I can do it to myself ;). He recommended to set an appointment with “Paula Herrera” at “OC Spa” in design district, and to ask for a “Deep Cleansing Facial”. This lady, besides being a cosmetologist, is a foreign medical graduate! (Foreign MD). I am very selective when it comes to my face, yet I decided to give it a try since the cosmetologist was highly trained, and my old fat friend looked now 10y younger than me. I had to try. So I set up my appointment.... At arrival, the environment around the Mall was very pleasant. Nice, chilling saxo music in the background, beautiful glass decor and art all around. Right at the storefront, which was significant for having amazing pieces of jewelry, a tall, friendly, well dressed gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. I felt important, elegant, welcomed... ***** five starts for the looks! Once inside, a nice and elegant lady (manager) showed me around the store. I wasn't thinking of buying jewelry, yet she was so thorough, explaining every tiny detail in each piece of “wearable art”, that made me think it twice to buy something for my wife... focus! You came for a facial! ***** five starts For the staff & pieces of jewelry. Soon thereafter, a very profesional, trustworthy, eloquent and kind lady introduced herself: -Hi Mr Salas, my name is Paula, I will be taking care of you today, follow me, enjoy and relax; your skin will thank you for coming today -. She led me to the spa: A pleasant, highly equipped, clean, organized and cozy room where a comfortable bed was waiting for me. Paula explained, in detail, what was about to happen. She performed an interview and analyzed my skin type so she can tailor the treatment to my specific needs (FYI, this was very pro, I was not expecting that). After profiling my type, and selecting my most adequate therapy, the good stuff began... There were so many steps I couldn't even count, I enjoyed it so much, I even fell asleep like 7 times!. Some of the steps were a continuous vapor to open my pores, the actual facial cleaning (high tech equipment used), multiple soothing, cleaning, moisturizing creams, and a golden mascara (which You can take home to reapply at bedtime!!). Every time we moved forward to a different phase, her calming, relaxing and informative voice guided me in every step of the journey. When we where finished, my skin was radiant! I felt like a new man, the mirror showed me a glow I never saw before (at least now that I kinda getting older); my skin was sooth like silk, refreshed and with a beautiful strong tone. Finally, she recommended me to follow a series of steps to continue to heal my skin and look younger. ***** five starts for the quality of treatment Paula was incredibly knowledgable, nice, informative, eloquent, elegant, highly skilled, dextrous and experienced. She even educated me throughout my experience, making me aware of my type of skin, and how I should take care of it. I have to add ***** five more stats just for her expertise. Finally, I got hooked, I go every 2 weeks, Looking 10y younger, radiant and healthy skin. I would, without hesitation, recommend this place to anyone, anytime.
