Best chicken restaurant in Miami, Florida (FL) 2025

42 minutes to attend 4 cars including mine makes 5, finally my order is taken and once I get to the window they were out of some things I ordered. Poor service,poor out ground upkeep, window area looking in was a mess, overall poor management. ~Sandra

Awful experience. 10-2-22 The drive-through was closed. Only two employees working. Limited menu due to only two employees working. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was like if the chicken was fried old oil. The chicken was soggy and undercooked. I ordered four breast and paid for four breast. Instead, I got two thighs and two breast. They also forgot my four biscuits. The cashier after handling money was the one that put my food together I should’ve known then. ~James

Beware do not go to this Pollo Tropical. Horrible experience. The people that work there are beyond rude. The wait is incredibly long they do not care. On top of that the try to overcharge you and come up with the worst excuses trying to cover up the fact they try to scams and steal from their customers. I ordered the Family Meal with white rice and black beans which on the menu says $15.99 the drive thru guy then tells me it’s $21. I asked why if the menu says $15.99 he proceeded to tell me that’s a special only before 4. I re-read the menu and noticed it didn’t say anything like that. So i asked to speak to the manager which at this restaurant is worse. The manager Ailen changes the story and tells me the $15.99 is a weekend special. So i show her the picture of the restaurant menu ( glad I took it before leaving the order speaker) that show the price and she keeps telling me it’s a weekend special. Clearly the menu doesn’t say that it. So at this point I’m so upset I tell her if they want lie they have to change the menu as it’s false advertising. I ask for her restaurant information and her name and it’s not until this point she says she will do me the favor and give me the price it says on the menu . Which is not a favor at all it’s the restaurant price!! I used to love Pollo Tropical now it’s becoming the worse experience ever. ~Xochil
