Horrible, horrible, horrible, You wait ten minutes at the driver thru window and no one answers until someone goes to throw out the trash, they tell you that they don't use that window anymore. No sign to indicate this. When you go inside the manager has no people's skills. But enough attitude for entire miami telling you "What you want!". I went there because I craved Popeyes luckily I have been at other popeye's where there is good service. You're standing in line and the people that come to do pick ups for the food apps (instacart, etc.) available are serviced first doesn't matter that you're standing there waiting an additional ten minutes because the service is slow, very slow. If someone from corporate were to come out they would be disgusted & remove this guy, roll up their sleeves and service the customers themselves. It's a shame that I have to say I gave it one star because you can't give this a zero. Don't waste your time or take your family to this location you're better off driving a longer distance to some other popeyes. Another option the next time you go shopping at the supermarket-look for cajun spices in their spice section, and buy it - you can sprinkle it on kentucky fried and not face the same bad experience I had.

This place was horrible. I ordered a big box and when they gave it to me they said they didn't have anything except the chicken tenders which were raw. The Mac and cheese was disgusting to say the least, and the mashed potatoes were not cooked. They also didn't add chicken nuggets which were for my kids. I hope you found this review helpful and this place should shut down.

Awful experience. 10-2-22 The drive-through was closed. Only two employees working. Limited menu due to only two employees working. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was like if the chicken was fried old oil. The chicken was soggy and undercooked. I ordered four breast and paid for four breast. Instead, I got two thighs and two breast. They also forgot my four biscuits. The cashier after handling money was the one that put my food together I should’ve known then.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo and the chicken that I got was extremely disappointing could've easily been described as a 3 piece chicken wings with their small barely any meat size. I've had Popeyes plenty of times before and never had it be that small... plus it was 1 drumstick and 2 wings which is ridiculous. The popcorn shrimp orders was also more like left over fried crumbles then any actual shrimp unfortunately so this was not good at all. The attitude received also was not pleasant. It felt like the employee was just annoyed to be serving anyone that day. Very unfortunate experience at this location sadly.

Ghetto, dirty and disorganized. As seen in the photo the doors and windows are busted and boarded up. The drive-thru is closed with a hand written note that says “Drive-thru closed” written in crayon and the lobby closed at 2:47 in the afternoon. Employees hanging out in the lobby and browsing social media. Won’t open doors or explain to anyone lining up at the doors and windows why they are always closed in the middle of the day.

These employees will do everything in their power to make you want to leave the drive though by telling you they don't have whatever you're ordering, or that the item will take a while to make, or ask you to come inside (when they feel like they want to work through the actual drive though), I get these being issues that you may have when it's late at night, getting closer to closing and you start running out of items. But in the middle of the day? Really? And this is a pretty dead location, so I definitely find it difficult to see them being so busy that they're running out of stock. So what they'll do is sometimes they'll just have you pull up to the window and order there. They say the drive though is broken, but it really just depends on when they want to use it. If you somehow manage to get through all their attempts to make you go away, and finish placing your order, they'll usually get it wrong by either forgetting an item or giving you the incorrect thing. Just be sure to check your bag before you drive away. All in all, everyone generally knows that Popeyes is the epitome of bad customer service when it comes to fast food restaurants, but THIS location specifically is the throne room of the shitshow. Personally, I wouldn't trust these cum-guzzling retards with the handling of my food ever again after all the awful experiences I've had with em.

Lacking in customer service went to the drive thru at 9:28 sat there with four other cars took the car I. Front of me 16 minutes to give his order by the time it was my turn 4:44 employee said “sorry were closed” I said come on why did anyone come out here or say something not let everyone wait for nothing he said me only got nuggets you want some? No thank you get it together Popeye have respect for customers. Won’t be back

The store is absolutely dirty. What seemed to be the on shift manager, was on her personal phone, to a friend swearing about nonsense. My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. The chicken sandwich I ordered was good, the bread was over toasted.

So I had been trying to hold out on giving a negative review to Popeye’s because I understand there can be mishaps or occasions when a restaurant is short staffed. But there can’t be an issue EVERY TIME I come here. My last visit there sealed my patience! Miraculously the drive-thru was actually open. There had been times where it’s been blocked off with cones and you have to get off only to have to wait 30-45 minutes just to get your order. This time, there was no hold. I got my order and food rather fast. I was hoping that it was due to a new staff possibly? Once I got home to eat my food I noticed that the chicken sandwiches (all 4 that I ordered) looked like they were taken out of the trash! They were squished in, with a bunch of old Mayo splattered all over. They didn’t even add pickles! I was infuriated because I rarely make the long drive just to specifically eat their chicken sandwich. Their chicken is almost always good. That’s why I’ve put up with their slow customer service in the past. Now their food is also lacking so that was my last straw. Especially when they highered the price of the chicken sandwiches from $3.99 to $4.49. And you’re going to serve me that??? Does that look appetizing in the slightest? I also ordered large fries (for $6.49) and I was given a half empty box of stale fries. Are you serious? $26.16 for this? I’m not sure who is doing the hiring because this seems to be a continuous issue. It’s really affecting their product which is unfortunate because they do have great chicken when it’s done RIGHT! Come on Popeye’s management; get it together!
