We can't say enough about our absolutely wonderful sales representative, George, at the Tysons Corner Center Sleep Number Store. Whether on the phone or in person, he is an incredible professional. We are having a new house built in Florida, and George took the time to help guide us toward our Sleep Number mattress, headboard, and accessories purchase. Not only was he amazing in walking us through the entire process, he went above and beyond in assisting us to get everything delivered to our new address. He also worked with us to apply our existing Insider Rewards balance to the order. Because of the long lead time that was involved in our purchase, George proactively reached out to the Sleep Number delivery team regularly to ensure that they had the correct date to deliver everything to our new house at the exact time we need it. And as if that wasn’t enough, he kept us apprised of the latest status throughout the process. Not once did we ever have to go looking for answers; George was always there to assist. You could not ask for a nicer, more attentive representative for Sleep Number. George is a true professional in every sense of the word and we are so fortunate to have had him helping us.

Shari Mead, the manager, was fantastic in helping us. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We appreciate all her assistance. We purchased two mattresses and we love them but not as much as our dog who we have determined has a sleep number of 55.

I had a great experience at the Tysons store. The manager was informative and knew her product well. I believe you get what you pay for. They are clear that the financing is a credit card, that the delivery time has a wait, but they build the value in their product to make you excited while you wait. I highly recommend visiting the Tysons Corner store.

DO NOT BUY, SLEAZY SALES POLICIES AND LOW QUALITY PRODUCT!!! Bought a i8 with all features and after waiting for months and paying 10k plus received a cheap and defective product. Not even 2 weeks into attempting to sleep on bed or I should say frustrating sleepless nights. The under bed lighting will not work and then randomly go into a strobe mode, making a dark room look like a nightclub. The mattress randomly inflates and deflates with a noisy compressor to uneven chambers causing you to have to literally hold onto the bed or roll off. Wake up in the middle of the night to mess with the app because the entire center of the bed collapsed. Customer service gave basic reset and troubleshoot guidance which does not fix issue. And after all this sleep number says, despite their 100 day return policy, is a partial refund. Leaving us stuck with thousands of dollars worth of broken equipment which they will not stand behind. I would be less offended with sleep number if they were mugging grandmas instead of the way they treat their customers.

Shari, the store manager, is awesome!! She took care of my wife and I from beginning to end with tons of information about the beds but was also extremely personable. She was also very helpful in getting us the best deal and worked with us on the price point we had in mind. As a bonus, she seemed to have plenty of care for the other employees in the store and you could tell she was running that place with great relationships in mind. We will use her for any things that pop up in the future and I know she will take good care of us.

The Tyson's Corner store was exactly what you'd want when buying a mattress/bed, especially a premium unit. The different levels were clearly explained without any pressure to avoid a more affordable unit. Our associate was not only very helpful with explaining everything, but allowed us the time to really decide which unit was best for how we actually laid in bed. After we picked our unit all of the various on-line extras were explained and we were made to feel like valued customers - the support didn't end after we paid. Highly Recommended

Review on the store and not the BED! We went to store yesterday, Brandon showed us few models and we liked one of the high end model bed. We were still deciding on whether to buy this pricey bed. The sales rep - Brandon and George told us, we could place the order so that we don't loose the early delivery window and labor day discounts. We when we were still hesitating, they assured us if we change our decision we could just call them and cancel the order before delivery, so we went ahead and placed the order. The next day after more research we found that, we have to open a line of credit to avail off the monthly payment with no APR option and the 25 year warranty was pro-rated, which means there is 4% depreciation year to year. We decided not to buy this bed. When we called the store to cancel the order, George requested us to call customer service to cancel the order - which was against what they had committed! Customer service is closed due to labor day and we have to wait until Tuesday to cancel the order and we hope there will be no more hassle's! We felt this was betrayal and also influencing the customer to make wrong choice by hiding facts!

Everything came as expected and the bed is wonderful. Only been sleeping in it a few nights, but so far so good. Really love SleepIQ, and the partner snore feature. We have the C4 Flexbase 1 and are looking forward to amazing sleep. Our previous bed was a sleep number that I had owned for over 10 years. They really are quality beds. 4 stars because shipping took over 3 months and the customer service individual we spoke to was pretty rude :/
