We bought our current mattress from here and have been waiting to do a review so we could give the mattress a review. In all our transaction with Aaron and his team was great! They answered our questions and did great pricing for the mattress and delivery. I was able to call the store and pay for the mattress over the phone and it was delivered within 2 hours. The mattress we bought is great, still getting it broke in, but in all it is comfortable. I think the name of ours was the roseway quilted top. Sturdy and firm but with enough softness to be soft, but supportive. Great place to check out mattress.

After my mom has open heart surgery she needed a recliner. I came in and Aaron made it happen for her. He was kind and helpful. We got just what we needed with no hassle. I felt at home in the store and my mom is happy with her purchase. The price, location and service are all outstanding!

I looked throughout the Tri-Cities for a petite heavy duty lift chair for my mother. Midway Furniture was the only place to have what we were looking for. The customer service was outstanding and there were several options to choose from. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Nice surprising find. Good pricing on Ashley Furniture. Staff seemed a little preoccupied to speak to us. He kept his phone/computer device in his hand and on it the whole time we were there. Upon entering the store I was met with a very pleasant smell but after being in the store for a little while the smell became to much for me to handle. I took a huge headache and became nauseous. Father did make a purchase and needed a delivery to be made. Everything came as paid for and the service was great. Highly recommended checking Midway Furniture out.

We purchased a couch and loveseat from Midway. When we got home with it we were not 100% satisfied. Contacted the manager and he was super helpful and got out issue worked out fast.

Made a down payment on an order of two power recliners. I was told they'd be in about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called about them and was told by the manager that it actually takes 6 weeks. I got my down payment back due to being lied to. I went to Grand Home Furnishings and found better at a cheaper price. I don't recommend doing business with Midway Furniture.

I love this store and employees are nice and very helpful. You should be aware there is no air conditioning and its VERY VERY hot in there almost intolerable. But, they do have great prices and nice furniture huge selection biggest furniture store I've been to.

The staff was easy to work with and helpful. They let you look around and never pressure you into a sale. They have a great selection. The furniture we ordered arrived quickly and was delivered to our house. The delivery staff was in and out quick. They set the furniture up in a careful manner. They were cognizant of of their surroundings and were aware of not causing any damage even though a tight fit to get our dining room table through the door.
