I was harassed for payments for things I've never received. I've never had a delivery and I never signed anything. All I did was just get a quote for a couch. I will not be doing any business with this store.

I was supposed to get a dryer delivered today They said they knocked. Then they called the store to say no o e answered the door. No one called me. If they had I would be washing and drying my clothes right now!!!

I will never buy anything from them again total rip-off they are more than willing to sell you the products but don't stand behind the warranty that is supposed to come with I bought a washer and dryer the dryer worked great the washer however nothing but trouble took it to the store to get it fixed and they kept it for 2 months when I would call to see when it would be fixed they couldn't tell me anything about where it was at or give me a phone number to call when I finally got it back it only worked for a month and tore up up again and they wouldn't fix it or replace it they are a bunch of crooks would not recommend to anyone

I purchased a mower the payments were to be half during Nov thru April. For the last 3 months been charged full price. Spoke to Earl in Nov he said he'd give me Dec free which I said ok. Dec comes full price, Jan comes full price ! I now want the mower pick up after I get a reimbursement for Dec and Jan . And never will shop Aaron's again!!!!! The mower isn't cutting right anyways tech came put new blades on it during summer and still cuts bad. Said he didn't know what was wrong... SO IM TELLING YOU AARON'S PICK UP ASAP AND GIVE REFUND BEFORE I GO GO MY BANK AND PROB BBB!!!!!!!

I would rate the service I have received as negative 5 stars if possible. I have been waiting on replacement cushions for 8 months. I have asked to switch the set and apply the money to a different set and they refuse. The person I have been working with in the store has tried to help, she went to managers above her and they are the ones that refuse to do anything. I have paid on this set every month because I was told the cushions would be arriving soon. I was told that they didn't receive the cushions because they were discontinued and then I was told they found that they could get them however at this point I still have not received cushions or if they could get them.

Needed laundry pair and filled out everything on line . It was delivered the very next day . The delivery guys were very nice , polite and cheerful , unlike some of the other delivery persons I have delt with from other places . Thanks Aaron’s

Ordered on Thursday, delivered Tuesday morning. So far I love it and I hope I can keep it for a lifetime. Beautiful king frame and dresser and two night stands all glam and elegant the pictures don't do it justice it's so elegant. I love the crystals and the rustic silver finish.

Was going to rent a tv. But they didn't have the correct remote to access the smart hub and the weren't willing to trade out with another T.V of the same price. I'm use to using the one on lee highway. They had excellent customer service/satisfaction, which this store lacked entirely.
