Best appliance store in Bristol, Virginia (VA) 2024

The woman who answers the phone ( Mindy )is extremely rude and disrespectful. She cussed me, threatened me and my husband, as well as threatening to cause him trouble with his job and screamed at me on the phone before hanging up on me, TWICE. She left a threatening voicemail as well all because of ONE missed payment. She kept degrading my husband referring to my husband as a thief. They not once came by the house. Ever! They called a few times, and me calling them back was me responding to their calls. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Extremely unprofessional behavior. ~Brandy

The employees are wonderful at this location & they answered all my questions with no hesitation, they did not bother or hover excessively like the other places I have visited. Such a friendly atmosphere! Thank you for helping me find THE PERFECT living room set for my rough & crazy household. Thank you Amber. Ordered on Thursday, delivered Tuesday morning. So far I love it and I hope I can keep it for a lifetime. Beautiful king frame and dresser and two night stands all glam and elegant the pictures don't do it justice it's so elegant. I love the crystals and the rustic silver finish. ~Mica
