They will listen to everything you say and never make you feel that your questions or concerns are not valid. Hands down the best physical therapy facility and staff in the entire area. Zeeshan has been a huge reason why my torn hamstring healed as quickly as it has. He is very knowledgeable in physical therapy and strengthening all aspects of the human body. He also shows his care for my injury by giving me advice and sending useful materials even when I am not on-site. The rest of the staff were super friendly and handy in assisting as well. I highly recommend Alliance and will go back if I ever experience another physical setback.

This is the best physical therapy office I've been to (and sadly I've been to many). Starting off, it is easy to get an appointment. They have great hours so you can make your visits before or after work. Zeeshan was hands down the best PT I have ever come across. Patient, knowledgeable and a good teacher. I had a particularly difficult case of frozen shoulder that he was able to help me resolve. He also correctly diagnosed a small rotator cuff tear (which was confirmed by an MRI), which was helpful because the nurse practitioner at the orthopedist told me there was no tear and Zeeshan wanted to double-check with an MRI. I highly highly highly recommend Alliance Physical Therapy.

Oh Em Gee what can I say the great things about my experience that I have at Physical Therapy. The two main guys there or so professional so knowledgeable and they know exactly with therapy you need according to the surgeon you just said had. In my case I had shoulder surgery and the guy came into the doctors office room where I was to explain to me exactly what would happen and also introduce yourself. Then I was telling them about my pain in my back and I talk to the doctor and he told him to start working with physical therapy for my back so they are wonderful and they do an outstanding job.

I've been going to Alliance for PT for several years now, for a variety of issues. Neck, ankle, knee, shoulder and most recently for another shoulder injury I sustained while working out. The staff at Alliance are all exceptional, but I want to give a huge shout out to Pam <3. Pam is well versed in the nuances of human anatomy, sports medicine and proper body mechanics. She TAUGHT me how to actively recover in a safe and effective way, so that I could get back to the gym I'm well on my way to making a full recovery, and happy with the progress I've made, but a little sad to be leaving my friends at Alliance Physical Therapy.
