I feel very lucky to have found my way here. Its rare to find both great front office experince and great care providers. Regardless of the time of day I have scheduled my appointments, the physical therapists seem to are always on top of getting new patients started while keeping the other patients moving through their rehab routines. I think the secret sauce is that the therapists always remember what the individual plans are, as well as constant communication to keep everyone flowing through.

My physical therapist, Manisha Mendonca, was one of the best medical professionals I have ever worked with. I was in constant pain when I began to see her and I am feeling so much better now. If you have pelvic pain or any unresolved issues from bearing children, even years later, Dr. Mendonca is the one to see. She listens well and works through each issue. I found her incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging.

I am very surprised that this place has a rating of 4.9. Therapists are always on their computers and they don’t spend any time with patients. No one even looked at me the last two sessions that I had there. I went there, exercised, and left. To be precise, I asked the person that was there to give me ice for my knees and that was my interaction with them. No one checks on patients and they don’t even ask if there is any improvements. I asked them if they would adjust my routine and they said no. This is a very expensive gym with limited equipments.

I would HIGHLY recommend ACE PT in Falls Church. Love this location. Everybody that works there is great, and I can't thank them enough for how much they have helped me. The staff is so caring and they really listen. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient and supportive as you learn the proper way to complete the exercises they assign based on your specific injury or pain. I came here a few years ago for a shoulder injury, within two weeks I went from not being able to lift my arm above shoulder height to a full return of range of motion and strength, no issues with it since. Recently, I repeatedly sprained my ankle and had a lower back disc issue, and I've made tremendous improvements in just a few weeks, I'm gaining stability in my ankle and no back pain. Also, I appreciate that it is never too crowded, I can always come in at a time that works great for my schedule, and parking is super easy.

I came to ACE physical therapy with an ankle injury, and the kind staff has supported me through my recovery. I started off with more simple exercises but as I have improved they have pushed me to work harder with more difficult exercises. My ankle has gotten stronger and I am back to playing soccer. I recommend ACE physical therapy because the staff focuses on working with each person and is very encouraging. This is the first physical therapist I have gone to where I have felt confident in my improvement.

I came to ACE after I broke my ankle. Even after just two weeks of physical therapy with ACE, I feel ready to start playing basketball again. The trainers are really great. They helped me progress quickly from easy exercises at the start of my recovery to much more challenging exercises after a couple of weeks. With the in-office therapy combined with the helpful exercises they gave me to do at home, I feel confident that I won’t regress when I do return to play again. The office vibes are also 👌🏼

Got referred here to rehab some old knee, back, and neck injuries. They welcomed me in, and developed a personalized routine to address all of my injuries. The process is great, it goes heat, stretches and exercises, one of the therapists paying attention to where the pain is focused, then ice. The therapists are all super nice, and make you feel more like a friend than a client. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

I started seeing the team at ACE after had surgery from a broken ankle. I just saw the doctor today for my 12 week post surgery review and he was thrilled at my progress and healing. This recovery credit is all due to the team at ACE. They've helped me get back to being mobile quickly. Each time the exercises start to get too simple they push me to the next level and challenge me. The entire staff is kind, personable, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!

I had quad tendonitis when I first came to Ace Physical Therapy in Falls Church. I'm hypermobile so it was important to me to find a place that I felt comfortable with that would push me just hard enough, without injuring myself. I was surprised to feel better within a month, and stronger than before I was injured. I also loved the atmosphere! The staff was super chill, listened to my concerns, and implemented exercises that were tailored to me - all with my favorite music playing in the exercise room. Thank you Ace Physical Therapy team! I'm not just one step closer to my goals, but a thousand steps closer now that I can run again. Pro-tip: the location is close to Mosaic so you can hang out there after your workout if you're like me and feel hungry after a good workout.
