I have been in this shop twice. The first time I wanted to buy, among other things, a ski jacket. The employees were completely clueless and had no useful information to provide . I ended up doing my own research on my phone and checking every single item, which took me over one hour. The checkout process was surreal, this girl asked me to fill a survey and when she saw that I was not typing a 5 start review, she took the tablet from me and told me not to worry about it. Today I went again to return one of the items I bought previously . The person at the cash registry, who seemed to be a shop manager, was really unpleasant. I understand they need to ask for the credit card and the ticket, which I had with me, but he did it in such a rude manner that made me feel like he was accusing me of something. With such a customer service I don’t think I will ever go again to this shop.

The North Face at Tysons Corner was great wanted to exchange something for a smaller size and they didn't have the color I wanted in my size but that's okay the store clerk was very helpful courteous and that I appreciate more than anything

I got my first Northface product from here (other than this fake skullcap I purchased online). Yup, no lie. It was a great experience. I, of course, went straight to the back where it said 30% off. And the coat (big bear as I call it) was there. I was loving life. I had to get it. Oh yeah, the check out person was cool as a fan too. Overall, great experience at this store. I don't usually leave a long feedback, so this is serious.
