Shopping here was fine, but I just thought people should know that this store is backed by Scientology. The cashier put a pamphlet in my bag with the name of a company on it, and when I looked up the company it was founded by Ron L. Hubbard. Do with this information what you please

I personally recommend you to do your shopping with Jacki. She's very knowledgeable and knows all the information of the product she's offering. Definetely coming back for some quality Alpaca products from Perú !

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the quality is amazing. Everything is so incredibly soft but taking stars off because of the prices! a shawl coat was $1400!!!! The associate offered to sell it for 900 as they are closing on Sunday but my god she was extremely pushy to the point I was uncomfortable. Insisted I try it on again to try and get the sale/commission. If you are the kind of person that has money to drop like that but most people do not.

Absolutely horrible return policy (no returns), especially given the high prices.

8/27/20 This store has been in the Tyson's for several months now, but the store will not be here for to much longer. These temp stores move around from time to time in different locations of the mall. Sometimes outside the mall too. These stores on east coast side seem to stay open for 6 to 8 months. I believe this is what by the manager of the shop. The clothing is made by the owner of this company, while the husband makes the shoes. The clothing and shoes aren't cheap, but they are made of the best quality the owner has. I bought a pair of the black boots now on the cover of the Yelp page. They cost $155.XX and my wife loved them. I hope she wears them this Winter or Spring. I know she is not really a boots girl, but she picked these shoes out with very little help from me. We had two different ladies help us and both of them were exceptional in knowledge of the products and customer service. I don't have their names right now, but I will put it in the review later on. I reccomend buying a pair of the ladies black boots called...I will have to add this later. Fantastic store, but I don't think People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals(PETA) would approve of this place. Nevertheless, we might come back here again.

We walked by the store and saw a beautiful poncho on Feb. 15, 2020 at around 1230pm. We went inside and asked the salesperson about the price, he quickly dismissed us and said he was helping someone else but was extremely rude. Needless to say we walked out. If your stores are only going to be staffed by one person then you should probably tags your items with prices so we are not inconveniencing your rude salesperson.
