Person working at 7 on Thursday aug 27 i believe was very rude. I tried using my card but it didn't have a chip and hes like you have to have a chip so i reach in my pocket and grabbed a the money in my pocket and i counted it and hes like it's only 96 cents just give me one of those singles. Like no i need my singles for vending machine at work but he was being rude so i just gave him my single. Never going there again. What place doesn't accept cards without a chip in the first place.

HORRIBLE & EMBARRASSING EXERIENCE. I went and gas up on Gas Pump 5/6. I swiped my debit mastercard and the gas pump didn't request my pin, but the screen was lighting up for me to check a gas type. I started to gas up and just thought the pump used credit instead of the debit option and that all was good. My car was fueled and the total was 46.50. Transaction was complete. While I'm at the Zoo with my kids, I hear my RING doorbell and see Sheriff talking to my husband. They said I didn't pay for my gas. The Sheriff said they were aware of the pump being broken because they had to go to someone else's house yesterday...YESTERDAY.... I returned and paid what was due. I informed the cashier that they caused me embarrassment by having the cops at my house for their fault of not marking the pump as broken and then calling the cops on people. The cashier said she will talk to the manager and confirmed that this happened yesterday. I wanted to confirm that this doesn't happen to anyone else, it's so embarrassing. I asked her if she was going to mark the pump with something saying it's broken and she said yes, but if they called the cops on someone yesterday for their broken pump, then I doubt they will do it. Horrible BP station. I will not give them my business and will go out of my way to not use this station at all. PUMPERS...BEWARE! You may have the cops at your front door and having your neighbors wonder why they are at your house...

Worst experience!!! I had $62 worth of purchases and they wouldn’t take a $100 bill of US currency. Said it was against their policy. I had a card as well but felt they made me feel like a dirt bag and didn’t want my business. They’re putting in a new Kwik Trip right next to them that will take any form of US currency. Hope Kwik Trip runs you out of business!
