Favio, the Budget agent in Simi Valley went above and beyond to get us an excellent car. Great customer service.

Extremely rude service from someone there named Fabio. They don’t care about customer service or providing quality care. Not just that, they tried to rip us off for gas even though we brought the car back with a full tank -we had the receipts and photos to show and then they backed off when they realized they were wrong. But they tried to scam us for the gas and didn’t apologize once they were caught. Seriously, go to Enterprise, Avis, Dollar, anywhere but here!

Please avoid this place at all cost, where should i begin.. 1. I prepay my rental in advance only to get there and them giving me a different car(upgrade) at me cost with no explanations. 2. The manager (Guillermo ) dont like when you ask specific question his answer is you can go anywhere else 3. The car was very Dirty, Cigarette and Alcohol smell (found a open Bottle under the seat) and he claims its clean. 4. They don't care about customer service, very rude they dont even inspect the cars and want you to sign quick for existing so they can charge you later. I am making my personal mission to contact the corporate office to make sure they are aware of what kind of people are working for them and i will dedicate my time to make sure they change

DONT RENT FROM HERE. Tried to get a 12 passenger van for the weekend only for the manager there to say he doesn’t have the van available. Bait and switch scam and they can’t even cancel it themselves. What am I even reserving then? Can’t cancel online because there’s a fee so have to wait forever on the phone to get an approval for a full refund. Screw this place.

I travel for work a lot and I ONLY COME HERE. Fabio is, BY FAR, the most helpful associate, hands down. He has always been eager to help and come through when other employees have slacked off, and I love their best rate guarantee. I don't rent from anyone else other than Fabio at Avis/Budget!!! He makes me feel like a very valued customer and i genuinely appreciate it!!

Its always a great experience because they have many cars to choose from.xonvertables jeep wrangler was fun.thank you Budget. I definitely recommend out of any other car rentals here in town

I rented an SUV for 3 days for $160. I kept the car two additional days and was charged an additional $460. Nobody bothered to let me know that each additional day was $231. When the additional day is MORE than your entire rental cost, this should be brought to the attention of the customer. Extremely angry about being taken advantage of in a time where few people are renting cars.

STAY AWAY!!!!! FRAUD!!!! The worst experience!!!! Reserved a 12 seat van 3 weeks in advance. Day of i was told there were none available and all they can do is offer a small vehicle. Was charged $400 and never signed off to this! Guillermo Lopez is the Branch Manager and he added so many charges and laughed when I asked for a break down! STAY AWAY! He needs to be fired! No customer service!
