DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR! I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance and a week later my car battery died (even tho they told me it was fine) and I realized my hood latch was broken. I realized they must have broken it when they did my oil change as they were the only ones who have touched it. I had to tow my car to another repair shop so they could get my hood open to even replace the battery since I obviously couldn’t get it open myself. I knew they would blame it on me before I even tried, but I did attempt to take it back and see if they could compensate me for at least the cost it took to fix the lever they clearly broke (it was working fine before the oil change and no one else had touched my car since then so it was definitely them) and they said their camera footage “showed no evidence they broke it”, and so they weren’t financially responsible. I have no idea how they would even be able to see on camera that they didn’t break it because it’s literally inside my car and by my pedals, but either way I’m out $700 and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone ever again. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Went at 9:30 a.m. on 3/22/2019 for an oil change. They had a sign taped on the door that they were closed until 11:30 due to being short handed. Definitely NOT COOL!

Once they can fit you in the schedule, they are very quick and efficient. It's always a gamble though on how long you will have to wait. I did get my oil changed today and they vacuumed my floor in front which I really appreciate, that was above and beyond. The only downside of my experience was that it's hard to get someone to come help you at the desk. The bell to ring doesn't work. And on multiple occasions, another person working at Walmart has been going out to their break through the auto department and offer to get someone, which is not great.

Painful, painful experience. Needed four tires mounted and balanced, and it took over 4 hours. When checking up on the progress, the staff was as dismissive and rude. The one time, three of the four employees were standing in a circle eating chips right in the middle of the shop, chip crumbs falling out of his mouth while responding. Then it was a 40 minute wait in the lobby just to pay. A $50 job should not take 4 hours. I will never be returning to this facility again. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I have always changed my own motor oil, but I own 3 SUV/Trucks that I can crawl under without the need of jacking up the frame. My 16-year old son bought a cherry 2000 Corvette. I forgot about the clearance and YouTube had plenty of nightmares about jacking up Corvettes. It appears I had to purchase a low profile jack along with “pucks” to help lift it. Rather than going through all that, I decided to take it to an oil change place. I chose the Lima Walmart on the West side. I was a bit cautious since their lift was a drive up ramped type. I was greeted by Jake who treated the car as if it was a baby. He had 2 other technicians help him, one being the manager (Olivia). They pulled the Vette as slow as possible up on the lift. He stopped the process when the bottom frame came too close to scraping. He used cheater blocks to get the car on the lift without any scraping. I was thoroughly impressed. I will return to this Walmart when I need another oil change!

Got 2 new tires in December two days later said tires are flat and charged me for a tire repair. Got two tires in February a day later both tires are flat; says nothing is wrong. Had no previous problems before they touched my car

Ordered tires online thru Walmart, payed to have them balanced and the tires were counter balanced, tires vibrated really bad. Didn’t vibrate at all before they touched my car. Wouldn’t let them near my car again.

I was happy with WalMart auto center on Allentown Rd in Lima up until just recently. Went in for an oil change in Oct and a few months later I started leaking oil. Took it somewhere else to get looked at and turns out they had put the wrong oil filter on. Somewhere along the way this messed something up in the oil system and had to pay $300 to get it fixed.

Love this place other than there wait but while your waiting you can just walk around the store. Mostly get the 20$ oil change.
