Best auto repair shop in Lima, Ohio (OH) 2024

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR! I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance and a week later my car battery died (even tho they told me it was fine) and I realized my hood latch was broken. I realized they must have broken it when they did my oil change as they were the only ones who have touched it. I had to tow my car to another repair shop so they could get my hood open to even replace the battery since I obviously couldn’t get it open myself. I knew they would blame it on me before I even tried, but I did attempt to take it back and see if they could compensate me for at least the cost it took to fix the lever they clearly broke (it was working fine before the oil change and no one else had touched my car since then so it was definitely them) and they said their camera footage “showed no evidence they broke it”, and so they weren’t financially responsible. I have no idea how they would even be able to see on camera that they didn’t break it because it’s literally inside my car and by my pedals, but either way I’m out $700 and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone ever again.
