I went to T-Mobile on Friday Because my phone had froze up and the screen was black. Troy assisted me and I was incredibly impressed with Troy’s customer service skills! So helpful and kind and professional!!! If you need to go to this location ask for Troy!!! Troy exceeded my expectations with customer service- so grateful Troy assisted me last Friday!!! Thank you!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. In fact there was NO customer service . Mobile "expert" never even looked at my phone. He handed me a pamphlet and told me to go home and file a claim. I dropped my phone in water and microphone was damaged. "D" the representative couldn't be bothered with me. I went back today to address the problem. "D" said he was sorry but not going on his knees for forgiveness.???????? Spoke with supervisor and he was smooth. Too late. Never going back. I need to add I promptly went to another store where my Problem was very nicely solved in a professional manner. I'm a nurse and need my phone for patients. This location was no help at all and the store representative Karen was very rude and disrespectful. Not worth coming to this store. I needed help upgrading my phone and didn’t realize the protocol when you are not an authorized user. Instead of simply helping me add myself as an authorized user, Karen rudely said come back with the authorized user - which is impossible because he is out of the country. She was super unhelpful so I attempted to do it myself. I watched them walk past for several minutes and ignore me when I asked for help. I also noticed that she would not even greet another customer who happened to be the same complexion as me.

Just bought a phone for my husband. Javier was very helpful and went thru the process of setting it all up and putting in SIM card. He also showed me how to update the contacts and get rid of unwanted notifications and apps. Daniella was also very helpful and brought joy and levity to this painful process of setting up an 85 yr.olds phone from a flip phone. She was patient and kind to the man before me who loved HIS flip phone and never wanted to change. Great team at this store. Keep up the good service!

Don’t go here. Worst customer service. Employee named Javier was extremely rude and aggressive towards for being upset at TMobile procedures regarding my added line. Backstory; I had came in the prior week to request an additional line and phone for my job. They told me at the store they could match my old plan with my new phone. After I received the new phone it didn’t work. I was extremely upset since I needed it the next day at work, having already told my boss I had acquired a phone from my service provider. Today I come into the store upset and just wanting my money back since they made the error and on top of it all the clerk says I need to pay a restocking fee for returning a phone a had for merely four days and never was able to use. Yes I was upset but he reacted in an aggressive way and started getting close to me as if he was going to physically do something to an upset customer. I am currently trying to solve the issue with TMobile on the phone and will be demanding answer from TMobile regarding this incident / altercation with Mr Javier. Update: I go to the store today and I stood there for 20 minutes while employees were doodling their thumbs. I approached one of the employees and she stated she was busy, I approached 2 minutes later just to be told that they were not able to fix phones. I literally called every phone repair location. She could’ve told me that but no they just watched me stand there for 29 minutes instead. So in conclusión do not buy the t mobile REVVL. That phone is not able to be fixed anywhere in Phoenix. It’s cheaply made in every possible way. Customer service at this location is the worst I ever experienced.

Although my initial experience was not the best. Most of the members at this location are amazing. Daniela, Danny and Omar the manager helped me with an issue, and helped credit my account, which I was super pleased about. They even had Scott the District manager come in, to help sort and coordinate the issue. I would highly suggest coming into this store for whatever help you all may need. I truly appreciate the high level of professionalism that this store has kept, and they will earn me back as a customer.
