I've been shopping at this location for almost two years. This store is always clean and staff is friendly. Sometimes there can be a line to check out but they do have self checkout as an option. They've recently renovated the interior and it looks great! They have some of the best deals on groceries and we love using the gas points!

Shopped on Easter Sunday got an item 2 for $15 didn't put it in the bag called as soon as we noticed told us nothing at the register so we're now out $15 bucks. It's already to expensive, can't afford Wegmans and can't afford to not have everything put in bags here time to try Aldis

I called around for an item I was looking for and was told, confidently, that Tops had the lowest price. So on a very cold day, hence the shopping around by phone first, I go to get my product from Tops to find the price they gave me over the phone (no more than 2 hours earlier) was nearly double at the store. I asked for a manager explaining that I made a trip here, with a baby, just to get this one item based on the price given over the phone after calling around due to an employee who runs this department who is now on break and not here to answer for himself. Response after checking the prices, sorry but that’s way off I can’t give it to you for that price. Obviously. This comment alone implies she had the power to do something with the price. They did absolutely nothing to try to make this right.

The staff is always very friendly and they have gotten better about the cleanliness of the store. The produce is absolutely awful. It's always overly ripe and/or usually moldy or or wilting. All summer there were flies in the donut/muffin case.

It’s tops. I was forced to go there tonight because wegmans was out of what I wanted… seems extremely outdated inside. Prices were also high (cheese it’s 3.69 and are 2.99 at Wegmans) whenever I go inside I feel like I’m walking into an old small outdated town. I can’t shop there when wegmans is less than a mile down the road. Super helpful though when wegmans has a rush on a particular product!

The store itself is good. Great prices and deals. It's the staff I have some concerns about. For example, I see a guy who works there walk past my house what seems like almost every day to get to work there. It's obvious he has to walk a fair distance because I've seen him struggling and shivering in the cold and sweating in the heat and carrying a bottle to keep himself hydrated. I always feel bad for him and come out to say hi every once in a while. Real sweet guy and has always helped me out if I needed it. Yesterday and the day before was particularly warm and I see him again at the gas station and come in to say hi. When I went in though, this cranky old woman, whom I can assume is someone who is a supervisor or something, and clearly has to be unpleasant to be around for extended periods of time just really giving him a hard time about him wearing shorts of all things. I see no harm in them honestly. You could see he was still sweating from the long walk. This woman really made me sick, she just kept interrupting him and talking over him while he was trying to explain why he was wearing shorts. It was obvious it wasn't the first time he tried to explain this and she didn't care. Really got under my skin. I don't know how he didn't snap back at her and start screaming at her like she was to him. I swear he has to have the patience of a saint to put up with that. When I asked him if he was okay, he just shrugged and said "I'll get by" like he usually does. After seeing that, I'm worried about letting my son working there now if he gets hired there. Because he's likely going to have to walk a similar distance. If that's how they're going to treat their employees? Over something that small? I'm not sure I want him working there. Someone REALLY needs to talk to that woman, pronto!
