Best atm in Rochester, New York (NY) 2024

I've been shopping at this location for almost two years. This store is always clean and staff is friendly. Sometimes there can be a line to check out but they do have self checkout as an option. They've recently renovated the interior and it looks great! They have some of the best deals on groceries and we love using the gas points! ~Audrey

Went to ATM to withdraw cash and instead of having a warning there was no cash in the machine it made you go through all the motions. Was really depressing watching a full line of cars wait, wait, wait, and drive away empty handed to have to drive to another branch. Not a great bank if you can't get your own money. If you call they'll tell you they have "lots of great features", but I think a bank's most important feature is access to my money. ~Marnie

I would like to thank Wendy who works to morning shift Monday through Friday! She always has a smile on her face she's extremely nice and always helpful. Especially now you can barely even get a response from a cashier let alone a smile so I think you Wendy for always having a smile on your face and being kind and thoughtful with each and every customer. I hope your big boss reads us because you definitely need to be recognized and maybe even get a promotion. You should probably teach us seminar to other cashiers and teach some etiquette and well manners which you certainly have it's always a pleasure going in there when Wendy's working ~Amy
