This location is terrible based off my interaction with MANAGEMENT. I went into pick up my phone and the assistant manager "Jesus" was clueless as to tmobile's policy for picking up a phone in store. He provided me with a poor attitude explaining how I was incorrect about the process and did not pull up my account or even attempt to assist. If you can avoid this store please do as their service is terrible!

I had went to another t mobile, to attempt to buy a phone they told me I couldn't purchase the Iphone13 bc my ID was expired, when I walked in to this location they said it was not the case and walked out with a new phone within 30min, the girl who helped me was very nice and helpful!

Originally went to a T-Mobile in Goodyear. Our experience turned into a two day failed adventure. We ended up at this 52nd Ave / Indian school location. Not only were they friendly and helpful, they didn’t give us the run around and false information. We successfully migrated our sprint lines to T-Mobile…. They did EVERYTHING Goodyear “said” they would do but weren’t competent of accomplishing. Huge shot out to Jenny, Jonathan and Betty!!!!
