I feel like I finally found an auto service repair shop that I can depend on. After reading many referrals on NextDoor app and getting a personal recommendation from a friend, I tried them out. My brakes had been worked on 3 times by 2 other repair shops with no satisfaction. Richfield Service got to the crux of the problem and my car is running better than it has in years! So glad I found Richfield Service. I had my car in a place in West Bend and they quoted me $7200.00 for the repairs. They told me I needed parts that did NOT need repairs. I had Richfield Service tow my car to their shop and guess what? I was lied to by the other place. Total repairs came to $1700.00. I showed Richfield the list that the other shop gave me and they double checked the parts and said those parts are just fine. I am so glad I found Richfield Service and completely trust them. I've listed the services I've had done for the last few years. I've found Richfield Service charges less for many of their services. I'm happy with the work they do. They always text the next day to see how the car is/how the service went. They don't try to add unnecessary services either. Fast, friendly and great work! Good dudes. Didn't get jerked around. Went outta their way to have some necessary tasks accomplished that many mechanics would have simply written off as "not their job." Been there a couple times now and will continue to use em. Happy to have em close by, makes longer trips to the dealership unnecessary.

I had a flat tire close to the shop, so I pulled in and asked for a repair. Told them I was 100 miles from home and couldn't leave the car there. They said they were booked solid and it was tough luck for me in so many words. It took forever to get them to help me out in a time of crisis, but they finally caved in and did the repair. Two hours later my tire went flat. The next shop I had to stop at told me the valve core was loose. Very stressful day and experience! Service: Tires

As far as promptness there very good. Customer service is Good as well. If you like money and dont want to just carelessly throw it away this is not where you want your vehicle repaired. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. I have a Fuso Box Truck, just to fix a headlight it was $100 that literally took two minutes to do. To figure out a squeek in my vehicle a diagnostic was $200. They wanted to charge me $1300 for something if you bring me another shop is probably $500 at the most. I called around asking for the remedy of what they said the problem was and other shops and said there must be something else because that’s extremely high of a price. They told me I need a serpentine belt and whole pulley, but you have have no idea if you need that replaced unless you pull it out other mechanics told me. So they’re just making up problems that they don’t know are actual problems. Im just gonna bite the bullet and pay for the diagnostic test and get a service somewhere else. So friendly, very trust-worthy. Called about my young adult daughter’s car, sounded like front brakes were bad. Joey was honest with me that if they were metal on metal & calipers need replacing, it would be extra pricey. Fortunately it was bad but not that bad. Gave me options on what services were absolutely needed and which could wait. Also gave us a loaner - for 2 days (!!) because they couldn’t get a needed part the first day. Unheard of !! I feel confident my daughter’s car is running well after having been worked on by Richfield Service because I trust that they did what needed to be done without cutting corners or selling me something that wasn’t needed. Im not from the area and i had a flap come off from my undercarriage. I was worried about driving it home with my 11 month old son in the car and grandmother. We stopped in just to make sure it was safe and they went above and beyond to help us. They fixed it quick so it wouldnt pop my tire and tacked it back up. They were so nice and caring. Had an awesome experience taking my truck in. Shop is in a tucked away corner, off a side road, yet very convenient. I needed a simple tire balance but also asked about a few other fixes. I was not pushed into any sales, nor did I feel like they did any less than a thorough job. Joey was absolute kind and helpful. They got my truck in a bit later than my appt but still managed to have me in/out. Bonus***they offer military discount! Definitely going back for a set of tires in the near future.
