Aside of they waiting time ( I even had time to catch a nap). Everything else was perfect. Nice and clean place, and the lady who open my account, Monigue, was very nice and helpful. I was going for a normal account and she helped me out to get a package to avoid paying the monthly fee.

I did not hate the place. The people are very nice. But their policy is insane. I needed to deposit money into my landlords account for rent. I had her acct number and name etc. The usual. But then the bank insisted I! needed to provide the bank with my drivers license and SSN number? With the trusted insurance that they will "keep it safe" and that its "not a big deal" and "just policy" that i give them this information so that i can deposit money into one of their accounts. I don't mind the DL, but the SSN? I would never consider doing business with such an invasive entity that uses the word "policy" as if it makes all things acceptable. This is not.
