It's great to have a DMV in your small town. It's slightly difficult to have to return three times to resolve an issue. Each time, there's something new to bring back. It appears a 4th visit is needed after I collect more documentation, which could have been shared during the first visit. It is definitely an inconvenience, waste of time, and unprofessional to have an incompetent staff member yell at you when you share your concerns. ~Curtis
