Very pleased with the service provided by your dealership. Employees were polite courteous and clear to explain details. I was told my service would take at least 2 plus hours and it was completed in 1 1/2 hours. Cars was given a car wash also. Highly recommend your dealership.

If I could give negative stars, would definitely be giving -5 stars, minimum after my most recent experience. I purchased my vehicle and extended warranty package for a used 2016 Colorado Z71 -- my dream vehicle. The finance were under the impression that all parts were original and sold it me as such. Carlos even highlighted the Air Ride suspension as a desirable feature as we signed the paperwork, so I assumed it was a factory build. Of course, as we are going over the warranty information, I make it a point to make sure all possible major repairs would be covered. I remember asking about additional coverage options (such as lift kit coverage option), and the response was "you don't need that"...turns out, I absolutely did. Come the time for the warranty repair for the suspension and differential (a little over a year later) and the warranty company needing confirmation from the purchase dealership that the vehicle was sold to me as is. Mind you, the I spoke directly with the adjusters at the warranty company and the service department where the car was being repaired, and they had both said the repair could be covered (regardless of the aftermarket suspension parts) if the purchasing dealership could confirm that they sold the vehicle to me as is. Seems like a simple request to fulfill, no? NO. All of a sudden, finance wasn't aware that the suspension was aftermarket. (Otherwise, I'm sure they would have offered the specific warranty coverage for that...to quote Carlos: "We would never sell anyone on coverage they do not need"). Finance didn't keep the records (from 2021) and could not provide me with a copy of my contract, or my bill of sale, or even acknowledge that they had sold me the vehicle under the pretense of all factory GM parts and try to resolve this situation. Nobody at EVS could simply let the warranty company know that they sold the car to me as is (aka with that suspension). I asked Todd if I could briefly speak with the owner of dealership, as he mentioned the owner of the dealership was waiving him over...he declined to let me speak with the owner to ask for help with this issue. So, caveat empteaur when you buy a car from this dealership, because apparently there is no due diligence on the vehicles, and from this experience, it is crystal clear that the sales people don't KNOW what they're selling you, you can basically forget about getting any assistance for the vehicle after the fact, and they'll leave you in the dust, instead of working with you to remedy or resolve any issue you might face as a result of their negligence. I'm kinda sad to have to write this review. I wish that this dealership would just own up to the mistake and resolve the issue, so that I don't have to drop over $2k on a repair that should be covered by the warranty. But here we are. My only course of action was escalating a complaint directly to GM about the fraudulent practices of this dealership. -10/10

Had a leak coming from a line connected to my radiator I assumed that it was a transmission line I went to EVs to get a repair I was very nice to everyone when you pop the hood of my truck you can clearly see that it was actually the oil cooler line They replace the transmission lines that did not need to be replaced in charge me when I did the inspection of the car they never listed the obvious oil leaking from underneath the hood directly parallel to where they install the transmission lines when I came and they were all smiles and laughs they have taken advantage of me for over $500 instead of them calling me and saying hey we think it’s the oil coolant lines they replaced it and thought it was funny just a sign of the times I guess nobody is righteous anymore they do anything for a few dollars So I received a response from Evs to call and they will make it right called evs and they keep giving me the runaround is never been this hard regardless of how busy they were to get a hold of someone Also they left a dent in my Fandor and Chip my driver side door mirror

Worked with Clyde over the phone as we are from out of town. We pretty much took care of everything via email and phone and when we came to the dealership, the truck was cleaned, washed and ready to go up front. I’ve had my new to me truck (did not buy it from them) in for service, manufacturer warranty work, and an issue I had with running light wiring. Every single interaction with this dealership has been top notch. The work gets done immediately, and I get my truck back that day or the next. Customer service and and all of my experiences have been great. Would recommend.

Every time we bring our car in, the team is fun, friendly, competent, and efficient. This time, we learned some bad news about our car and the team was prompt and honest communicating the potential expense. BUT - they went further. They succeeded in finding a way for the repair to be covered by warranty, saving our family a considerable amount. With the rest of life inflating to crazy prizes, this stood out as above and beyond customer care. Awesome job.

Went with my Dad to help him puck out a new car. We worked with Terry Flaherty, he was awesome. Everyone was friendly and respectful during the time we spent here. Very pleasant car buying experience. Dad had called the day before and explained what he was looking for. Today, Terry had pulled a car inside for us to see so it wasn't so cold. He went with for a test drive and explained what all the functions of the car were (there were many!) After Dad decided to buy the car the process went smoothly. I would reccomened others to stop by if you are looking for a car, tell Terry hi for me! (Also had fun checking out some of the cars in back, hadn't expected to feel like i was at a mini car show!)
