Got some amazing honey dew here. Pretty good selection of produce. It was very clean and wide aisles were nice without a bunch of clutter! Absolutely recommend coming here!

Price tags missing on almost every item. Adds a fun mystery to grocery shopping, but the rates for Sherlock and Watson's services are pretty high due to inflation. Seriously. Ok store - but it would be nice to be able to see what things cost before I get to the register.

This store is great. We have shopped at several and the prices are always competitive. Sales are the bomb. Clean, friendly, well stocked.

I'm not sure this is the norm or if it was just a bad day for the cashiers I encountered at this store. On more than one occasion I went to check out and in most grocery stores I hear the cashier greet customers when they start to check the items. I looked at the cashier and received no greeting, no "did you find everything today" or similar. Not a smile or any courteous or welcome discourse, on the 2 times I visited this store. If this is the policy to not make the customer feel welcome that they are shopping there I'm ok with going to the many other grocery store options available in town. Walmart is right across the street. By the way, I was at Walmart yesterday before coming to Superine and received a simple greeting when I arrived at the check out. I would ask that the cashiers attempt to be courteous to the customers.

Literally just Brookshires but better I think. Everything seems to be managed pretty well, and there was a lot of good deals. Definitely coming here anytime I need something.

This is normally my go to place when I come to Tyler to get good food at a discount and still is but today I came in around 3 and the lines was just standing still none of them was moving I finally noticed the one next to me was small and got in it but the previous line was not moving I don't know what the cashier was doing but customers was getting out of her line

I shopped today at this super one store and I was over charged for a few things so I went back in to the office for an adjustment. The first young lady that I spoke with was a very friendly African American who took my receipt as I explained to her what happened, then this very very rude Hispanic female turned around and asked her what was wrong, then I explained to her the same thing about being over charged! This person, with my receipt looked at me and asked me where the items were although she was holding the proof of purchase in her hand!! The whole time she is acting like I was a bother to her as well as treating me like I was a thief when it was apparent that I was over charged!! For whatever reason this person was treating me like she was having to refund me from her own personal cash!! She never smiled and most of all she never apologized to me for their mistake, and for me having to make another trip because of something they did wrong!! This person really needs her attitude checked!!

It has a great selection of items in stock and on shelves. Very much like our grocery store in Cali ( Food 4 Less) It's great to know there is a market like that here in Texas.

Always have what I need. Rarely out of stock of items. Clean atmosphere. Bakery ladies are super friendly. They will bake what I want if they don't have it on the shelves. Produce is fair. Deli counter is great. Cashiers are hit or miss; some have amazing social skills where others have the social skills of a badger. Cops are friendly that patrol at night ensuring the safety of Super 1 Foods customers and staff. I will continue buying my items I normally buy here.
