Waited 10 minutes if waiting to be told they couldn’t check me out and asked me if I was just going to sit there while they tried to figure out the register. Terrible service need new front counter people

Very bad customer service employee (chris) was taking into his earphones like he was talking on the phone and was very rude to the customers that where in front of me and when i went to the counter I was purchasing a pack of swisher sweet minis I had put my card thru and it had taken money off of my card when I checked my bank account there was no money in ther due to a in proper refund employee jus voided out the transaction and did no refund and I have called the store multiple times in regard of my service and get it taken care but no answer on yalls end this happen about 11:30 PM Friday night 12/27/19
