The store itself was not as clean or organized as it should hv been thus 4 stars and not 5. The cashier was very polite and had no problems with me using paper coupons.

No mask order.... People walk in without having to wear a mask though the sign on the front clearly states differently.

The store and prices are okay but some of the cashier's are not. The cashier's NEED to be more polite, More respectful using Sir or Mam or Madam. I asked for cash back one day and she said something Like I'm not going to give it to you. WHAT. She didn't say if she had it or not. I had to ask another worker what she Meant. Very Mean. Note all of the workers are not like that. The male cashier's are Respectful. Some Women ?????🤔 Why Why Me

I have been using this location for many years and I been pleased with the service. But recently there has been a African American female manager or assistant manager who I have no idea why she chooses to work in the service industry. She is cold and uninterested. I don't know about other customers but with me her attitude screams she does not want to be bothered. She barely says thank you after ringing me up. Other times I have gone in she badgers customers about closing time even if there is 30 minutes or more left. I can't chalk this up to her having a bad day because this has happened multiple times. I am at a point where I may stop using this location. If you can not serve all different kinds of people and leave your stank attitude at home then you should find something else to do that does not require public interaction.

They stock a variety of different types of products, it's just sort of scattered around. But if you don't mind stepping over things, going around them, or digging then it's a go!!! FYI : prices are reasonable 👍and there's always clearance items....

I love this store! The manager Aaron and his staff are very helpful and sweet. I will always spend my money where not only me but everyone in the store is treated with excellent customer service. The district manager guy for Tyler is also awesome and keeps everyone on the up and up. The store is always well stocked, especially for it to be one of the smallest stores in Tyler and it doesn't take them long to unload their truck like other stores in town. The shopping plaza the store is in always has trash laying around and I've seen Aaron on many occasions cleaning up in front of his store. I believe this store needs a better and bigger location but with the same staff.

I have very good service there The workers are very nice I'm disabled. They are so very helpful. I've had one bad experience with the manager Robin I asked for help I was very ill needed to get some paper towels and bleach I ask her to help my granddaughter pick it I couldn't get out of the car. She was rude Said she was on the register huh no one was even at the register. The other ladies always help Tina Katrina, Jessica are so helpful. I left And went to family Dollar and got help. I love dollar general. Good prices

They are always nice whenever I go in and make sure the customers find everything needed,remember faces and always greet you when you come in.
