The service has declined over the past two years. I'm not sure if they are under staffed, or the staff just don't care. Not very friendly or professional. Every trip through the drive thru, ends in a please pull forward and wait. Then when you get home something is missing. It's every time. Spent $52 to get stale, crumbling buns on 10 cheese burgers.

the food is good and servuce is not bad and the line moves very good consistently!!! and everytime I come thru this location my order is wrong!!!! tonight I sit and watch my kids eat after I worked all day long and I was so hungry and ready to eat a cheap meal!!!! boy least all my kids got their food. it's funny how people want more and give less. captilism in it's entirety is a very evil monster.....the fries were fresh also!!

App Users Beware! They are telling you that the App doesn’t work and to pay a different method only to be CHARGED TWICE. This is an ongoing problem. They do reimburse you if you catch it and bring to their attention. Food and service are good but people are unknowingly being double charged. Best thing is to remove your card to the App.

Welp let’s see every time I come stop by there I’m always rushed by the children working, I’m always spoken to in a very rude attitude Like those teenagers don’t have any respect and the managers never do anything about all my complaints, btw I like fresh hot fries and there barely cooked anymore I’m just so fed up with being disrespected when I’m giving my service to you guys!!!! Oh one more thing MANAGERS should probably go over all the dress codes again cause every female that’s working there with there hair all down getting in people food is very distasteful!!!! I probably won’t be back there unless bev comes back cause there’s no need for all this hassle for a damn meal I do apologize if I make anyone mad but sometimes the truth hurts!!!! Oh btw I wanted fresh fries not half cooked soggy fries 🍟

Just came through and surprise surprise.. our order was wrong AGAIN. They either don't train their employees well or they just don't care. Morning shift and evening shift BOTH need better training or need o actually care about the work they're doing because it's just getting ridiculous.. Word of advice, MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW.

Lobby still isnt open & anyone walking wont be able to order unless you use mobile app & notify employees your outside. Food is underwhelming & wait is always long. Seems as if this location is always having huge staff turnover & lacks structured training for new/young employees. VERY LAX rules about uniform & hair/hat requirment. Had hair in my food 3x over the last few months.

If I could give zero stars I would. The food was just thrown in the bag the cashier just thrown the food out the window real quick just the talk and joke around with her co workers just horrible service and most of the time they get r food wrong. This time it wasn't wrong it was flat and stuffing in the bag

My order was sufficient, however I believe they need some adult supervision at this location and less goofing off, very loud conversations can be overheard at drive through window, no sense of urgency (Not trying to be a Karen) but these kids don't care about customer service being 1st
