Although, the two women I encountered were friendly and courteous. The food itself was horrible. Chicken seemed tough no taste even though I ordered extra crispy and was not hot. Mash potatoes bland, baked beans were too spicy. The beans were the only thing seasoned. The biscuits were soft again no flavor.

This is one of the best KFC's in the Kanawha County area. They are courteous, quick and accurate. The drive thru is easy in and out. I've been coming here for years. They have a great dine in area!

Seems this location can’t make sandwiches as ordered. No pickles! Means no pickles! This makes twice they have messed up my sandwich. I got a full refund on order. Manager was rude. Left combo on counter. Took refund and went to competition and ordered food. The competition made sandwich correctly.

Always love kfc, at my local store seems like they only hire rejects. Glad they trying to work to make a better life for themselves but hygiene is questionable and not really excited about them handling my food.

Was the worst KFC visit I have ever had. Didn't get half the stuff we ordered and the chicken looked and tasted like it was days old. Never again 😒

My husband stopped in to get an 8 piece chicken for Valentines day for me knows I love their chicken will not be eating there again first piece I picked up had a long blonde brown hair cooked right in it nasty not trying to sound like Karen but no one wants to eat some one else's hair. Put your hair up and use a lint roller on your clothes.

Love KFC but I have gotten tired of the fact that they don't make sure they have your entire order correctly in the bag. Trays valley is the worst,st albans is getting better but needs work. But food is great.
