i dont think this place should be open 'worst service food was sloppy and this is not the first time. i thought i would give them a chance again but my wife got home with our order and it was all wrong .THE GUY IN THE WHITE SUIT IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE.....dont seam they care about thier costomers or food............

Staff is so short at times the service is severely lacking and occasionally downright rude. Food is almost always good though

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a twelve piece Beyond Fried Chicken for $15, and was told they couldn't find it in the system despite still having it on the menu and in stock, so I would have to pay the price of a 12 piece chicken tender, at $24. I asked why I would pay so much more than menu price, and the girl was extremely rude and told me if I didn't want to pay extra, she would just not sell it to me. Needless to say, I canceled my order, to which she made rude gestures.

NO WHITE MEAT on a friday at dinner time!! Really??? I got a famous bowl because of no white meat. Worst bowl i ever had. It was all potatoes, barely any corn or gravy with only 4 piece of chicken. We will not be returning.

Ordered at window since they couldnt take order at drivethru. Put my order out fast, but wrong order. Called, told come back, sorry cant do that when already came from work. Not the first time. Got no receipt to leave survey or anything, so basically, either come back, or take what we give you.
