I WAS SKEPTICAL ORDERING $6500 WHEELS ONLINE FROM ANYWHERE, BUT SEEN THE REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER, GLAD I DID!!!!!!!! ORDERED WHEELS N TIRES FOR MY 2017 f350 DUALLY FRIDAY NIGHT, AND WEDNESDAY BOUT 2pm I HAD THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE!!!!!!! I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE PACKING AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS JUST AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!!! WILL DEFINITELY ORDER MORE WHEELS AND OR TIRES FROM HERE!!!!! ~Johnny

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a twelve piece Beyond Fried Chicken for $15, and was told they couldn't find it in the system despite still having it on the menu and in stock, so I would have to pay the price of a 12 piece chicken tender, at $24. I asked why I would pay so much more than menu price, and the girl was extremely rude and told me if I didn't want to pay extra, she would just not sell it to me. Needless to say, I canceled my order, to which she made rude gestures. ~Lauralea

Absolutely fantastic service in store. I greatly appreciate the help of the lady that was working Saturday and let me pick up my package early because the call center didn’t have the communication with the people in store. Also my local deliver drive is a champ and also goes above and beyond. Y’all are much appreciated. ~Matthew

When I walked in with a package, I was greeted with, "just put it on the counter". The two old ladies who work there seem miserable and were very rude and short with me. I wont be using their services again. Lighten up, ladies, or get another job not dealing with people. ~Matt

Prices on the shelf do not match the price at the register. The managers are not updating the daily price increases. Watch every item at checkout. Some of my items were nearly double what was posted on the shelf. I asked the store manager to honor the posted price on an item. She was argumentative and hostile. Cashier was worse. This is the worst the store has been since it changed from Quality Farm Fleet. There are serious issues with management now. ~Tritium
