I WAS SKEPTICAL ORDERING $6500 WHEELS ONLINE FROM ANYWHERE, BUT SEEN THE REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER, GLAD I DID!!!!!!!! ORDERED WHEELS N TIRES FOR MY 2017 f350 DUALLY FRIDAY NIGHT, AND WEDNESDAY BOUT 2pm I HAD THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE!!!!!!! This place is amazing my rep Keith was so awesome, from the day I ordered my original tires he called me to tell me that they weren’t in stock. He looked around and gave me many options to be a potential option. From day one him I hit off like to old friends. He was extremely helpful kind understanding and worked with me and my budget and offered lots of options for me to find what I was looking for. Every time we spoke it was always awesome. He spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to find and help me get my Mickey Thompson exp tires that were so hard to track down . Ordered a set of tires online. Checked the next day to see when they would ship. And they say that they are 45-60 backorder minimum. That’s something that they should tell you on there site. So then I asked to switch with something else similar in price. Well come to find out there site was messed up and the prices were wrong. So the tires I ordered were 199. The next day they are 411. Come to find out a lot of other people ordered tires that same time. But they wouldn’t honor it or offer a discount for there mistake. After I explained that I was a repeat customer. Not very good service. To me that’s false advertising. Anyway they don’t have to worry about me buying from them again.

Have been waiting on rims since May 14th, now July 21st. I knew they had some backorder and they let me know it would be about 6 weeks, and I was ok with it but the least they can do is give me some updates on the order. Good prices though can't complain about that.

Very happy ,,ordered on Monday and Wednesday I’m putting my wheels on my Jeep . Considering shipping is very slow with this corona virus .. I ordered tires from Walmart ,,And You guys beat Walmart . That’s fast lol ! I will recommend you guys to anyone needing wheels ..

I ordered tires and had them sent to the house. Upon arrival I checked the manufacture date. They were made in the 16 week of 2017. This means they are 2 1/2 years old already. Called Nitto and they stated the warranty is for 5 years from date of purchase for manufacturing problems, and5 years for dry rot from date of manufacture. This means I only have a 2 1/2 year warranty on dry rot. Call National and they said they would replace however no idea what the date would be for next set as they don’t stock they get from Nitto. So my chance of a new tire is slim. They also offered to pick them up. I decided to keep them, did not want to go through the same BS a second time. I felt I should have been told up front or at least given a discount as they are old. Going forward check your date of manufacture when you buy from these guys. If you don’t know how google it very easy. Anything more than a year old have them take them back! I have a feeling this is common practice as most people do not know this happens. Be a smart consumer going forward!!

Wheels and tires are awesome and ride great! Great customer service. Original rims I ordered they received were damaged to they did the right thing. Instead of just shipping them to me they got another set. Mounted the tires, balanced them and sent to me. Great customer service goes along way!

I don't normally do this, but know that your service has just established a life-long customer. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would order tires on Friday at 11AM and have them arrive at my doorstep by noon on Saturday. After dealing with multiple vendors over the last week trying to get 255/85R16 tires for my LJ with nothing but headaches, you're company pulled through in a big way. Thank you again for the great support and I'm more than happy with my new Trxus tires!
