I was camping in West Virginia near Moundsville. I had a flat tire before I left. My car doesn't have a spare! So I got air back in the tire, it seemed to hold, and I left my campsite. I was stressed driving 40 minutes back to Moundsville with no service and a tenuous tire situation. I made it back to town. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get it looked at but a friend who I reached out to looked up auto shops open. Monro was. I drove up to Benwood. I was greeted by a manager who assured me they'd get me in. Was polite and comforting. In no time they had my car up and were able to find and fix the screw that was wedged tire. I was back on the road in no time. This Monro is legendary in my mind.

Scott sent all the the way to Pittsburgh for it on a Sunday before Memorial Day and had my car back on the road before the end of the day. Thanks a ton!

Always fast repairs. These guys always take good care of my vehicles. I needed a tire replaced due to road damage. They were able to find a matching tire so I'm not mismatched going forward.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Staff is always pleasant. Never had any issues with repairs. And today (12/3/21) they went above and beyond. My cars battery decided to die as I was picking up my kid from school. I called down, told them what happened. And they promptly sent someone to give me a jump start and got me in to replace my battery. I'm just lucky they were able to fit me in! Total life savers today!

I went to Monro 9/3/21 and I can’t begin to express the positive experience. Staff working the front desk where very friendly and kept me informed of the ETA my repairs would be completed. Repairs where completed quickly. Very pleased and I will be coming back.
