Offers general postal service and care, we went to have our passports done. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful, fast service You will have to make an appointment for passport care etc which you can find online which is pretty easy and self explanatory. They will take your passport photo if needed. Wasn't a hassle at all. Very friendly, and helpful workers.

The mail women for Leopold lane is really rude. There are days she doesn't come up the lane so we get no mail. Our mail has always been late. And she has an attitude every time we try to ask her a question. So I really think this needs dealt with please and thank u. I'm tired of having late bills cuz my mail person can't deliver to my house. Or she doesn't want to drive up my lane and if there is a car parked in front of my mail box she won't even get out of the truck to walk it to our box. I thought that was your job to do that

I live in the high rise at 22$0 chapline street in Wheeling Myself and other residents are not getting packages shipped to us because our mail boy refuses to deliver because he is afraid to ride elevator. He leaves them in the office s, on the floor in lobby,or at entrance doors rather than where mailed and tells sender electronically he delivered making impossible to trace and easy for others to steal.

Horrible service and rude clerk. Sent me on a run around since carrier couldn’t knock. Husky would of howled if they did and I was next to the door. Waiting till god knows when for my package

I was a couple minutes late for my passport appointment, and I called to tell them I was on the way. When I got there they told me the woman had gone to lunch and they were booked the rest of the day and couldn't do anything to help me. I was only a couple minutes late due to traffic and I had to leave town the next day. I am currently in an area that I dont have access to apply for my passport and I will be here for the next 4 months. I truly believe they did this out of spite because I was a couple minutes behind. I even called to say I was running a little bit late. This was on Sat, May 13 at 12:15. I dont know why when I called they didnt just tell me not to come anymore. Everything that happens in God forsaken Wheeling is a disappointment. Very poor customer service and professionalism. The man I spoke to on the phone when I made the appointment was very polite. He also took my info and phone number. Which says to me that if my appointment was to be canceled, I could have been notified. Thats the point of taking someone's number right?
