Best restaurant in Hurricane, West Virginia (WV) 2024

All other places have lobby's open but for some reason this BK won't let you inside,drive thru only..half of the time I go thru they have no ice cream,this BK must have the cleanest ice cream machine in the world cause it's being cleaned all the time at varies times of day. I can't stand a lier,be honest and say your too lazy to clean it later..that's all. Burgers are starting to be bad tasting.ashame cause this was always my favorite BK of all. ~Ron

Just came through and surprise surprise.. our order was wrong AGAIN. They either don't train their employees well or they just don't care. Morning shift and evening shift BOTH need better training or need o actually care about the work they're doing because it's just getting ridiculous.. Word of advice, MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW. ~Bethany
