I reserved a car to fit 6 or more people almost two months in advance at this location. I called the day before to confirm the rental and the vehicle size, a lady confirmed. Shortly after, I got a call from Tom, the manager. He told me they actually did not have a car that I reserved almost two months in advance. He said I could try the airport, **where they get their cars from**, but they would have to cancel the reservation. I explained my trip was the next day, I had 6 people; I needed the car I reserved. I asked if he could get me a car from the airport, he said he could not. He said all locations were independently owned and operated, even though he said they get cars from the airport. I told him I didn't mind going to the airport, but I want the rate I reserved two months ago. He said it wasn't possible, nothing he could do. The rate at the airport was just about double, the day before. Of course I pointed out how extremely deceptive those business practices were, he didn't care. Terrible, Terrible customer service at this location. Service was much better at the airport though!

Went in to get a rental for uber. 2 days later and haven't been able to take any ride requests. Uber said its cause they failed to upload all the documents needed to drive. WOW after spending 350 dollars and now 2 days into the week and can't make any money with it. Seems a little fishy, plus the cars are kinda beat up already. The front end is dinged, there are not floor mats, dusty amd crumbs in the interior. Just not a great all around service. Maybe this is why these cars are dinged up . Also i need to be reimbursed for the almost 2 full days i haven't been able to drive.

Reserved a car to use for Uber. I was given this car here, after seeing this I asked for another vehicle (dirty seats- smh). Now the new vehicle is making sounds whenever I turn. Took it back 2 weeks later but they didn’t have another vehicle to switch me out to. I was told they would call when one comes available.. I wish Uber would review their partnership with Avis… Dirty cars/Mechanical issues. Go online to make a different reservation through the Uber app for a rental. Now I see available times for a rental but was told I would get a call if a car came available. Hmm odd

All the employees at this location are wonderful! Tom is Absolutly amazing! I'm a new UBER driver and I have an UBER rental from this location. I was nervous at first because I'm not very familiar with the rental process, but Tom and the other employees have been super patient and informative when it comes to answering all the questions I have about how the UBER Rental Program works!

My wife had reservations to pick up a vehicle to do Uber. She started dealing with Tom to get the vehicle. He is unprofessional, Rule and Inconsiderate. He don’t have the best interest in helping her get a vehicle. Basically he turned her around and told her Avis don’t take any of the credit cards she had. We end up going back speaking with another person a (lady) that gave us a better understanding of what we need and help us and made sure she got a reservation for a vehicle. Tom need a better attitude and better customer service.

I reserved a rental five days prior to the pickup date and I arrived at my specified pickup time. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the paperwork and signing was quickly taken of and I was told the car would be pulled up in a few minutes. I waited an hour before the car was pulled up because it wasn’t ready. A reserved pickup, which should have been a quick transaction, turned into an hour and a half ordeal that made me late to picking up family from the airport. Many other customers were also stuck waiting there for more than an hour. Don’t use this location unless you’re prepared to wait two hours to pickup a vehicle.

The staff was extremely polite and friendly but the problem happened with the vehicle. The vehicle trembled when driving any speed over 50 mph, tires had no traction and when stopping the vehicle would shake. Not to mention it was difficult to stop the vehicle as the brakes seemed to be worn. I tried returning it the same evening I picked it up but Avis was closed. I called the next day asking if I could exchange the vehicle and was told to try contacting another Avis Co in the area I was traveling. I went to one and was told they didn't have corporate vehicles and to try another Avis. Tried calling another Avis 100+ miles away but no one answered the phone. I was extremely concerned for my family as we drove across the country with a vehicle that had safety concerns. I paid a small fortune for a vehicle that was less then satisfactory.

Had the worst experience with Avis. They wont give you a clean car if you re-write contract. I was forced to continue with the same car for 4 consecutive monthly contracts. Even the car I got at the first place was not clean. Since they didn't let me to switch to a new car when I closed my current contract and started a new contracted, I requested them to at least clean my car which I was denied on face.

Still waiting 11 days later for them to inspect and approve cars for rental. I do rentals for ride share services and this has to be a scam because of the lack of communication and just overall poor service. How can I get two vehicles from competition but not even get a phone call from avis? No one there seems to know what they are doing. Would give zero since I have yet to rent a car with them....guess they don't want business.

I arrive one hour earlier around 12pm my reservation was 1pm I was recive by a guy named Tom. Just to be told that my reservation was not available. He did nothing but to give excuses to justify the poor customer service skills they offered. They where not capable to let me know with anticipation about it or even look at other locations to se if anything was available. They could have save me the trip there wich cost me a Uber ride. I would not recommend this place or any avid rental after this experience. He just was just saying I arrive early and thats why he don't notifimy what an excuse for a irresponsible employe. Im only giving one star cause I can't give a zero or less.
