It’s always a great experience with enterprise I want to thank Nick for his excellent customer service and also Jason..But Nick goes above and beyond to satisfy me every time I rent thank you so much. I will make sure I go to highway 100 from now on instead of south 27th location I’m sorry but they never have cars available on time anymore.

This is the 1st time I’ve utilized a vehicle rental. We had the vehicle over a month and a half. At one point they had us come back in and sign another contract. A very angry and verbally combative customer was in there at my arrival to resign the contract. I was pretty shook up and upset my small child had to witness it. I just wanted to be out of there and didn’t pay close attention to the contract. Well…the rates jumped up dramatically. Upgrade wasn’t included as it was initially and to top it off the vehicle we were given smelled like smoke. I was too nice and inexperienced to demand a new vehicle that didn’t smell like smoke. Also, make sure you take pictures and how much gas is in the vehicle.

I was there on Friday the 15th and there was a miscommunication with my insurance and the store with my contact information. So we had to reschedule to Tuesday the 19th. When I went in on the 19th there was no reservation yet again and they had no car for me yet again and when I explained I was there Friday all I was told we just don’t have a car for you. How is this supposed to fix the fact that I was already there and was told the same exact thing about the situation in the first place. I’m very annoyed with this if I could go else where I would. Something needs to be done not just being told that sorry we just don’t have a car for you.

Amanda is amazing! This is the only location I will go to. After having a few issues with the customer service number she fixed everything and made me happy. If you like friendly people and great customer service I highly recommend this location. Thanks again.

Alex the branch manager was fantastic. Helpful in every way. Allowed me to swap out a car as there was a certain mark and model I wanted to test. Great customer service.

Had to pick up a rental for a few days while my regular car was at a body shop. This location is impossible to get ahold of, so it took 2 days to reach a live person. I spoke with Nick who helped me change the reservation from a pick up at the Enterprise office to a pick up at the body shop. Nick confirmed the pick up time at 8AM from the body shop and we hung up. The next day, enterprise was not there at 8AM, they arrived at 8:15 to pick me up. Both myself and the body shop employee had to call to find out where they were. I spoke with Dane and he was very dismissive, rude and came across annoyed that I would bother him. He said that they only opened at 8 so they wouldn’t confirm a pick up time of 8AM, yet there I was waiting to be picked up at 8. When I arrived at Enterprise, Dane came in and I confirmed that he was the one I spoke with on the phone and let him know that I didn’t appreciate his attitude and that he came across quite rude. At this point, he began smirking and laughing while telling me he wasn’t rude at all. I told him all he had to do was apologize and say there was a miscommunication, and boom it would have been fine. He argued with me about how he came across on the phone while forgetting that perception is reality. He was unprofessional, rude and had a very dismissive attitude. Obviously because I’m the customer/client, I’m wrong and he could have never been rude. I’ve rented from this Enterprise for the last 4 years and this will be the very last time. Nice job Dane!
