Start by saying I’ve worked at Ross, I know the rules and regulations. We stood, second and then first in line, for 15minutes. She took forever to check someone out. Then did a return, the backup came, did a return instead of letting the return person do it, then the main tried to take ANOTHER RETURN even though the line was out past the designated line point and the returns JUST GOT IN LINE. We’d been standing in line longer than all of the returns had been. When we called her out on the last return and said we’ve been standing here for 15 minutes, the backup person had a horrible attitude and was muttering under her breath about how we couldn’t have been up there that long. I have a baby at home, I literally texted the baby sitter when we got in line at 6:50. My receipt says 7:08 on it. Maybe you should do that math yourself since you have so much to say about it. 2 stars because the Ross looks better than the one in Racine that we usually go to

My total was $47.44. I handed the old woman at the register $50.00 and then she demanded I pay the .44 cents. I told her I gave her $50.00 and she snapped back “I know what you gave me! I was greeted with a friendly hello.. I loved the low prices. The clothes were a great quality. When I went to try my clothes on, I was greeted again by a friendly person. She was so nice to talk to. She welcomed me to Ross's and explained where the dressing room was. This store has happy workers. There is a good variety of house wares, men's clothes, shoes and Valentine's day presents. I'm definitely going back there.

Decent selection & prices, but waiting in line for almost 20 minutes cause only one register was open ( short staff, hard to fault the store..) still left me feeling, well; not eager to shop there again any time soon.
